The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed and the location was great!

The location is on the suburb of the city. 10km to the down town. Breakfast average.

We were very disappointed in general. The hotel is located in a deserted location, no shops, no sights. All is on the other side of the town including major train and bus stations. The pool pictured in photos proudly is far from being pride and joy; quite the opposite, no heated…temperature barely 10C, gym very shabby and dirty. Very poor information at the reception desk. No flyers, no info for tourists. Restaurants too expensive comparing with regular restaurants and price almost three times more expensive. We would not recommend this hotel. There much nicer and cheaper closer to the city centre.

It’s modern, clean and private.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good continental selection. We had a suite and it was a really good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. The suite is equipped with a good kitchen (microwave, hobs, fridge etc.). The lounge room was very comfortable with a flat screen TV. Great to have air-con in 35° heat! The quality of the bedlinen and towels was good. The pool was great for swimming laps (around 17m long) and clean! The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to the city centre (taxis are around MAD 20).

Very calm, clean, and spacious Suite. It's beautiful suite with simple design. The staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. The location is good, it gives peace. It is better to have your own car coz there is no short shortcut to the Corniche (even if it does look like that in Google maps). Another alternative is to use Taxi Vert, the staff can help you call this service and the taxi will pick you in few minutes. The swimming pool is small, but good enough to get a cool refresh from the heat. No many guests are swimming. Breakfast is delicious, and they have diversify choices. When it comes to other meals, the restaurant closes at 8pm. And it has very limited selection. It's recommended to eat outside, or order online using Glovo or Food Jumia mobile applications. They have good choices around Ain diab area.

The room was not 100% ready when we arrive Amenities were missing. They only provided them to us in the 2nd day after I raised it 3 times. Looking at the rate, all amenities mentioned including complementary drinks (e.g. tea, coffee, water) should be available or immediately provided when I raise it during the first night.

Breakfast in the morning was a standard breakfast expected in Morocco, however staff do go out of their way to make sure you a comfortable stay. The room was much bigger than expected and we had a very rested and comfortable sleep. The apartment was very modern, clean and had all the amenities you would need
