Hôtel très bien situé, propre, chambre fonctionnelle, lits confortables et SURTOUT un personnel aimable, disponible, respectueux، professionnel et souriant ; à la hauteur de la légendaire hospitalité marocaine.

Le bruit qui provient de la circulation assez dense sur le grand boulevard . Je n'ai pas pu dormir avant minuit quand il y a eu moins de voitures et moins de trafic.

カサボヤジャー駅から大通りに沿って徒歩10分程度で、町の中心ではないが、ショッピングセンター内なので、便利。駅からは、寂れた大通りなので、明るいうちの発着が望ましいように思う。フェズやマラケシュ、空港などへの拠点に最適。

ラマダン時期なので、ショッピングセンターの閉店が19:00と’早かったのが残念。その他は特になし。

Simple, efficient, clean and bright hotel, well renovated. 7 minutes walking from Casa Voyageurs train station, so very convenient if you travel from/ to further a filed. Also very well connected by train to the airport. Definitely recomendable for travellers who look for simple confort in this great city. Casablanca was for us a great surprise in our trip in Morocco: it is often seen as a transit hub, but it definitely desreves more attention from visitors with grand allure of colonial architecture (really a must for Art-Deco lkvers), relaxed atmosfere and amazing city beaches.

Hotel in a convenient location close to Casa Voyageurs station. The location allows you to walk from the station to the hotel in 10 minutes. Tasty, varied breakfast buffet. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping center, which allows for possible shopping.

There is no hairdryer in the room. Difficult drainage of water from the shower tray in the bathroom made it difficult to take a shower. The suspended toilet bowl did not hold firmly to the wall and moved slightly under pressure, creating a feeling of instability. These shortcomings are worth fixing.

First, the staff at Relax Casa Voyageur are super helpful and friendly. We cannot say enough good things about them and thank them for all their help during our stay. Overall, the hotel is modern, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi, and super hot water. However, its primary virtue is being only a 10 minute walk from the Casa Voyageur train station, which is why we selected it. It is also attached to the Tachfine Centre mall, with a big Marjane market and a variety of fast food outlets and retail shops. But since we walk everywhere or take public transportation, it is a one hour walk to the city center and we weren't in Casablanca long enough to figure out the bus system. The area around the hotel isn't very interesting, although the Royal Palace and excellent Pâtisserie Bennis Habous are only about 30 minutes away on foot. So, basically, you'll need to take taxis most places, though we only did so once because, as I said, we prefer walking. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, though it is available. Instead we stopped at the Moba Café, about 5 minutes away on Blvd. Ibn Tachfine, for a really good breakfast of harcha, meliou, amlou, coffee and juice for only 52 MAD (€5).

Minor things: refrigerator didn't work, pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable, limited TV channels. There's also a lot of noise on Blvd. Ibn Tachfine at night, with young people racing their cars with loud, tuned exhausts until after midnight. We sleep with ear buds / ear plugs and white noise, so it wasn't a big deal, but we had to close the window to reduce the noise when we would have preferred to leave it open (third floor). As mentioned, the neighborhood isn't particularly "walkable" even though we walked everywhere. Women traveling without male companions would be well advised to take taxis, and even mixed couples should maintain situational awareness. We never felt in any danger during the day, even in some pretty blue collar areas, but Casablanca natives warned us to be cautious, particularly after sunset. But I would not want to make anyone unduly nervous because Morocco is one of the safest countries in Africa and we have never felt at risk during our 2+ months in the country.

Très bien situé, facilement accessible, chambre spacieuse

Le manque de respect et de considération de la part du service d’entretien. Le nettoyage des chambres se faisait en fin de journée (18/19h), les serviettes étaient enlevées tous les jours mais pas remplacés et il fallait alors aller en réclamer à l’accueil de l’hôtel pour les recevoir à 22h ou ne pas en recevoir jusqu’au lendemain.. Les draps n’ont pas été changer pendant toute la durée du séjour (1 semaine). Le service d’entretien s’est montré impoli à maintes reprises.

The property is clean and with modern furnishings, Locations is also great as it’s 5 mins away from the train station and taxis are available at all times of the day and night.

My stay at Relax Hotel was satisfactory, although not outstanding. The staff, particularly the security guard and cleaning lady, were notably friendly and kind. Upon initially discovering the absence of towels in the room, the staff promptly addressed our request and provided the necessary towels. The room boasted a spacious closet, but the safe was non-functional. Due to the absence of a microwave in the room, we utilized the one available downstairs in the dining area.

While the room itself was clean with a mall view, the constant operation of the ventilation system created a persistent pitched sound, proving disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, inadequate sound insulation allowed for clear audibility of guests in the adjacent room. An extra door opening to the next room raised concerns, as both sets of guests could open the doors from their side. Ideally, these doors should remain closed unless specifically requested by the guests.

It was central to necessities. We were lucky enough to be upgraded which was lovely. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment About a 15 min walk to the train station and a 45 minute walk to the beach

There were no towels in the room or soap.

The rooms are a bit small

Excellent location very near to Casa Voyageurs Train station. Rooms are good size, comfortable and clean. Good value.

I have stayed here several times and there is always some problem with the staff— slow to check in, don’t seem to understand the concept of customer service. No towels in the room, when notified front desk— was told: ‘housekeeping is on break.’ Staff need more training in customer service.

The staff is really nice and welcoming. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. I booked only for two nights to see if it’s good but I decided to extend my stay in the hotel because I really like it and it’s just next doors to Tachfine Centre which is a big mall with everything you need including a huge supermarket. I will definitely stay in the hotel again when i’m in Casablanca.

The Wi-fi was a bit slow but I recommend one to get a free Moroccan sim card and for 10 euros or 100 dirhams you will get 10GB of data.
