There’s a swimming pool that’s full of sun during the mornings. The beds were what we were always offered but never received, perfect. Really close to the airport.

The staff is unprofessional and rude beside the management is not supportive and 0% hospitality. I forgot a very important item for me (adidas swimming suit that is very dear to me as it was a gift Nad is very expensive), I called after I left Hurghada and they confirmed that they had the item and I asked them to keep it for me (they never said anything about a deadline) When I came to pick it up after one month, they couldn't find it because they don't have a clear place for the lost and found. Which I am happy to accept but the housekeeping was rude and unprofessional saying that the swimming suit didn't look good and he was about to throw it away (even that I called), he also said that I didn't call before coming. I waited for long and no body cared to tell me anything, I asked the housekeeping if I should stay or leave. He said up to you and that they don't keep things for that long. I shouted because they didn't say that over the phone before. But they shouted back that they have no need to keep the lost item after a certain time, they person who manage the desks was upset that I had a loud voice but let the house keeper shout in my face and talk that he didn't like my attitude when I came to ask about the item. (I JUST ASKED). For the first time ever in my life, the manager let me listen to the housekeeper shouting and me without asking him to stop nor intervien, I tried to explain to her and every time he would interrupt me and she would let him, then they accused me for losing my temper reacting to their nonsense attitude. The housekeeper kept saying that the item was not good and the manager said that may be the mopped the floor with it. It is not about losing and item or not but it is all about dealing with it. Unprofessional, shouting at the guest and saying very rude words, like the item was not worth to look for and that they should not keep things without saying how long they should keep items.
