it was no breakfast in the property
kitchen equipment are available

Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we need.
Apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator (for disabled people) so keep that in mind when booking, otherwise everything is great.

The view was good. The AC and wifi were good.
The staff were awful. Terrible welcome upon arrival. They had us waiting for 4 hours outside of the compound as they didn't initiate the process of getting us the entry permit until we arrived. There was no toiletries and when confronted they said they will bring everything we need but didn't and stopped replying to our phone calls. Blankets were dirty and the refrigerator wasn't working properly.

Location was excellent and safe and the chalet is very comfy and clean and was very easy to collect the property

the location is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable felt like I’m sleeping in luxury hotel, Taymour is very friendly and helpful.
there was an issue with one of the bathrooms’s sink so wasn’t very comfortable at that.

It was spotless and abanoub was super nice and helpful, the view was lovely, the location was close to downtown and marina in a very quiet and relaxing area.

the curtains is so bad, the black out is so poor, the sun enters while you are sleeping to ruin your day.
the pillows didn’t have covers, and so bad .
the mattresses very bad.
the whole furniture need to be replaced, not clean and full of cigarettes burns

it was very convenient, well equipped and exactly like the photo
the apartment was a little dusty, but after calling the staff, they sent someone to clean it immediately
