Clean, ideally situated, friendly staff, good price with a great breakfast.

A bit noisy early morning although this was due to various works ongoing locally.

Wasn’t particularly clean. Could hear and feel the tube train passing under the building every 2-5 minutes

It was a hidden gem! Very comfortable and fabulous location.

Had to pay extra for juice and hashbrowns for breakfast. Very odd.

The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, also perfect t location for what we were doing.

I couldn’t get the heating working and had to get ready for a wedding so had no time to go back down to the bar so had to get ready in the cold. When we came back that night the room was roasting, the radiator had kicked in but too hot to sleep. In the morning, again no heat so again got ready in the freezing cold. Breakfast was ok… but again cold. Such a shame because other than the heating problem and the food everything else was perfect.

This was a beautiful, lively old British Pub. The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, especially the lovely Katrina.

Breakfast was great, staff were not only helpful but a good laugh. Really made to feel welcome. The location is perfect, 1 minute from 2 tube station and a 10 minute walk to the west end.

My husband and I spent a part of our honeymoon here and we just loved it! The kindness from all the women who work here is really something special. I’ve never experienced a warmer welcome. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks again!

Stairs. Hard with heavy bags but staff did help. No fridge in room . Not accomodations fault but taxis can't come to that area between 7am and 7pm making it a bit if a walk to get a cab with baggage

The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and cheerful. They did everything possible to make stay a good one.

The weather was very hot and an electric fan had been placed in room but we were on the top floor so it didn’t really address the heat there.

Very friendly staff and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Good location for many of the underground lines. Jenny was lovely with us. All very helpful if you needed something.

You could feel the underground trains every few minutes but after a while you get used to them.

Jenny checked us in and was very helpful and friendly. We were looked after by Catrina on the second day. She was also very friendly and couldn't have done enough for us despite hurting her knee on the morning dog walk. You have great staff working for you. Our friends left a parcel behind by mistake and they have offered to post it to them - very kind.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, great breakfast, no noise issues, very lovely staff.

The shower could have a wee bit more pressure but honestly everything was so good I didn't really care about that.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything which we needed. The staff could not have been more helpful helping us with directions. The location was good for both the tube and bus.

From the minute we stepped inside this place we were made so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was a fantastic size. Bed was massive and the bathroom had a fab rain shower. The room also had a huge walk in wardrobe which was an added bonus. We ate 3 separate times in the bar from a vast and varied menu to suit all tastes. Every plateful was delicious. Breakfast was very relaxed and plenty of choice. We were there 3 nights and after we checked out they kindly looked after our luggage as we had a few spare hours before heading back to the Airport. The Hotel was so handy to the Underground, there is a choice of 2 stations within a 5 minute walk. There are regular buses and approx 15 minute walk will take you to Oxford Street & the start of the Theatre District. This was only my 2nd visit to our Capital City, but if I was to get back over, this is were I will stay. We walked in as strangers & left as friends.

Location was perfect, super central, so close to Euston Station and St. Pancras International. Staff was wonderful, really helpful and friendly. The fact that the rooms are above a pub makes it the perfect London experience for me. Bathroom a tad dated, but super clean everything. One has everything for a good night's sleep and then go venture out into the city again.

Unfortunately something broke in the kitchen in the morning, so there was very limited breakfast options. But the owner and chef tried everything in their power to arrange for a good breakfast, and communicated openly and upfront, I truly appreciated that.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic. As we wandered in our jet-lagged state towards the hotel at 6am in the cold morning following a 17 hour direct flight our expectations were not high. We were met by the fantastic Katrina who sat us down in the warm hotel, gave us coffee and organised our baggage and check in. She is a wonderful host and made a positive difference to our stay. Thank-you Katrina. The room was comfortable for our one night stay and the Hotel had everything one could want. The WiFi was good.

Great location, wonderful Staff, clean and good breakfast (although a "healthy breakfast" choice would be nice.

Shower pressure could be better.
