The team was able to recover perfectly to resolve an issue that I had with my room on the first night. Was moved to another lovely room.
The internet connectivity was problematic and not ideal to try and do work.

The property was beautiful and inviting, feeling like a mini resort tucked within a quiet residential neighborhood. The area felt very safe for walks and there were amenities a short drive away if needed. I was welcomed late since my flight arrived after dark and had a personal note on my pillow welcoming me, a personal touch I greatly appreciated. The breakfast brunch was delicious with some good made to order and other fruits and healthy food options available. The grounds were beautiful with blooming trees, and the property accommodated my large 4x4 truck vehicle outside my room with no problem. The room was comfortable and quiet, with access to a little back patio and an attached office space. I slept a very comfortable first night in Namibia at this boutique!
The shower had some difficulty draining, but this was a very minor error that I’m sure was fixed.

Le cadre est très agréable, on se sent comme à la maison (J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait que la cuisine soit ouverte et que vous déclariez vous-même ce que vous avez consommé. Sur le principe de l’honnêteté de chacun). Le personnel et au top. Vous avez besoin d'un taxi, vous voulez aller au restaurant, Ils seront présents pour vous réserver le taxi ou vous conseiller et vous aider. (Merci de m'avoir télécharger "Yango", l'application local d'un Uber... :).) Ils sont à la fois professionnels et humains. !!! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe !!!!

Nice quiet area in Ludwigsdorf. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location was great. Check in process went well , they changed a room to put us closer together.
Parking wasn’t ideal but it was secure.
Our room was noisy, we could hear people walking, dragging suitcases etc. As a light sleeper this was problematic, maybe I should have asked for a quiet room.
Bathrooms could be improved, the other room developed a smell late in the night which was very uncomfortable.
We brought this to the manager’s attention.

Lights remain on till late and one cannot sleep until they are turned off. Back windows do not have blinds or curtains and lights are way too powerful.

The hotel is very nice with a small pool, mini-golf and also a tennis court. The rooms are spacious. The staff is nice and ready to help. Really great choice for a stay in Windhoek.
The room was clean, but I found a small kind of worm in the bathroom. I think it can always happen, so I did not present any complain to the staff. The location is quite nice in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but you need the car to arrive to the city center.

Belvedere is a small gem. Located in a nice, tranquil neighborhood, but not far from restaurants and the city centre. Beautiful room and premises, courteous and helpful staff, pool and relaxing atmosphere makes it a perfect place for your stay in Windhoek, whether it is for work or leisure.
At times, I had small Wi-Fi interruptions.
