There was variety which I liked and relatively good. Statt was attentive

Beautiful and amazing. The room was very comfortable and did not lack anything. Good selection of coffee also in the room. The buffer dinner was delicious with more options than any person could desire. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not visit all the available facilities on location, but hopefully I'll be back and spend more time.
Cleaning staff was knocking on the door a while before checkout (I was in the shower). If you want guests to be out earlier, change the checkout time. The showerhead in my room was leaking (maybe a missing sealing ring) and was spraying water on the ceiling also. I did notify staff and trust it was fixed after my stay.

Beautiful, cosy. Wi-Fi was a bit unstable on my first day but IT fixed it and it was seamless from then till I left.
Breakfast selection was very good, totally worth it.
Noise from the passage came into my room quite easily… the walls/doors must be quite thin. Soundproofing absolutely necessary.

the only reason I booked to stay at Windhoek Country Club and Resort was because when we booked online your advertising showed pictures of a river that you could float down on tubes. my children were so excited for that. they were extremely disappointed upon arrival to find out that it was not there anymore. it’s false advertising and due to that fact I was extremely annoyed at having to pay for my accommodation when the ONLY REASON we had chosen to stay there wasn’t there anymore.
secondly, your reception staff were incredibly rude … one of them insinuated that I was a thief. they were unhelpful and extremely unresponsive. luckily for us we were only staying for 2 nights. the corridors leading to the rooms smelled of smoke. thankfully the rooms didn’t but if we left our doors open the smell would have come inside. As a result of all this I wouldn’t choose to stay again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We were not told about the possibility of ordering Breakfast for the room on our late checkin. Breakfast only runs until.10 ( we would have prefeered 11 ) so one could relax a bit and not be up again so early

The Air-conditioner in our room was broken, and leaking water throughout the night. The dripping water kept us awake and made a large section of the matt wet.
The AC in room 210 needs fixing.
Some of the lighting was not functional. The bedside reading lamps were not working as well as the desk lamp. 😕
