We love the silence in this place. Very ideal for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, a good place to relax, take a walk and engage with the nature :-)

Nice location, quiet beautiful surroundings

air conditioning is loud disturbing for sleep, safe deposit box doesn’t work at all!! they are not flexible with their rules!! Request for perks like lake view or early check in they would like additional money for it!! we arrived 10:30 as we were very tired from our long flights!! For 2hours advance check in they like a full room payment for it!! crazy!! This is our 2nd time stay as my husband liked it here… maybe next time we’ll look around!! When ordering food at their restaurant, very limited, food that I liked all are not available😏🥴

Sheets smelled clean.

There was dirt in the water when I first turned on the faucet. It was gone after.

The place is quiet and the staff is very professional. Breakfast was ample and delicious.

The surrounding area was lovely and all the staff were fantastic.

The problem I had was noisy rooms. First room, located next to the ac unit or some pump or something. Very loud all night. Second room was on the second floor which overlooked reception where they started playing music loud at 6.30am. Not a good place if you want a longer sleep on your holiday. Last room was great. 4th floor away from all noise. Staff were very accommodating with my complaints and got it right in the end.

The place was really relaxing and picturesque. The outdoor lakeside picnic was an enjoyable activity whether as a family, couple, or group of friends. Also, the air was refreshing and the waves from the manmade lake was soothing.

The wifi and internet speed were really a letdown. Some of the toiletries were incomplete in the bathroom. It was a good thing the hotel staff was kind enough to deliver the missing toiletries to the room.
