If you wanted a value for your money ...this place is the best ...carenderia in front and in the building as well. Cleaning is in excellent status and comfort as well. Well recomended.

The photo of the room was way different from the actual room

The place is very accessible to nearby stores and restaurants. They have a cafeteria at the ground floor. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The water pressure is strong but they do not offer hot or cold options. They practice sanitation and the place is squeaky clean. Our room attendant is friendly. I strongly recommend this place to budget type stay.
The room is slightly noisy because of the busy highway. Our room was located at the 4th flr and during check-in, I went to the lobby twice because of the missing AC remote (I guess the RA also brought the remote to the laundry). I agree with one of the comment here that they should use a dark curtain because it is facing the sunlight. The double bedroom we had is different from the picture in the advertisement but it still met our expectations.

Very quite place. And nice location. Nice staff very friendly.
I found longhair at the bed. Since I'm alone. I'm scared coz I'm had a dream that night that there woman beside me and early morning there was ladyhair.

The location was quite far from the city but the place was very spacious. I booked a room for 4 but we ended up on a room for 7! The room was well lighted and proper toiletries was given. It's good for group of travelers in a budget.
The only downside on our stay was the room doesn't have a heater and no mirrors at the bathroom. It was also at the side of a road so if you're sensitive on noise, it would bother you a little. Although it's not really a busy road, so no worries in the middle of the night.
