I booked the family room for my family. They like the place. The caretaker is super nice and the location is just walking distance from Ceres Terminal. The room is big and clean.

Just two things they've told me they don't like; 1. the running water (slow water flow) 2. The Breakfast (which is a minor issue for them).

Location is quiet as it is not in the main highway - it is second building from the main highway. Also, the building is almost brand new and each room has concrete walls. Very nice ambiance. I feel like I was in 5-star hotel. I will surely recommend to all my friends visiting Iloilo City.

The reception only informed us of a "holding deposit fee" for the rooms we reserved that was not indicated in booking.com. And they did not accept any form of credit cards, so we had to give the deposit fee in cash but the amount exceeded 30,000PHP for 4 rooms! Who brings that much cash on hand on a vacation? Especially in a hotel that you already reserved online?

I got this room for my niece who is in the process of moving in Iloilo. She said the staff is extremely helpful. I can say that the owner was extremely nice and extremely helpful in facilitating my ability to help my niece, even though I was overseas. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Wish I could’ve been there myself. I have heard the Islanders beautiful. Here is my third sentence for booking.com. And a fourth? Seriously booking.com, I don’t have anything else to say hear everything was great, so give me the green line already!

it was clean but just like in any other tropical countries, there are insects to deal with like ants and roaches . had ants on the linen.

facilities that are t working . no hot water, or running out of hot water, clogged toilets when I booked the stay , the rate that was given to me indicated that the sales tax and fee were included . the place did not honor the price that was indicated online because they added a12%,VAT on top of the charges that I saw online. they didn’t accept credit card payment, because the cost was manipulated. so I had to scramble for a huge sum of cash to pay at check in. good thing we were traveling in a group and we all pitched in to come up with the cash payment. the lady who checked us in was apologetic saying it was booking.Com’s fault . they have asked booking.com to add the 12% VAT but booking .com had always failed to do so. for the price I paid, I could have stayed at a better location with better working facilities.
