До чистоти питань не має. Але в номері холодно, дуже холодна підлога, було б добре щоб про це попереджали при бронюванні.

Дуже тонкі стіни, чути все що відбувається в сусідньому номері, неможливо відпочити, в номері номер 1 дуже чути вхідні двері в будинок.

Stayed here at two different times in two different rooms. Great location. 300 m to the city center. If you walk 150 meters in the other direction you have lots of stores. Right by the river where you can fish if you like. Lots of parking spaces. The rooms and bathrooms are ok. The bathroom has a bathtub. Washing machine in the room. Very friendly staff. There is a bar 50 meters away that I never visited though, so I don't know if it's good or not. Vill book this place whenever I'm in Kharkiv.

The people in the other room were making a lot of noise. Wifi still doesn't work..

The room was good, bed was good, small table to work on. Location is good, very safe from bombing. If one of the negative points is worked, everything will be fine with this flat

The toilet could not be flushed, no water Wifi didn't work because of bombings? The windowsill was unhygienic didn't receive any information that I had to turn on a few things before there would be hot water.

Kitchen was decent and very good location, close to city centre.

Cockroach in bathroom, bath but no plug so couldn't have a bath. Bad low heating, so cold room and unclean by the side of bed and dirty smelly bed covers and no replacement given.

Nice quett location with river , was not hard to find

Good new air-conditioning, needed in these hot days 🙂 great access to public transport, close to city- center, shopping and market 3 minutes by foot away.. Contact to host via Viber was great

Bed was ok but only for short stays 2-3 nights. but for longer stays not so great, would need a better mattress
