Location was excellent. Modern flat with good facilities. Excellent helpful host. Excellent welcome pack. kept warm in very cold weather. key collection was easy and convenient and departure instructions were sent before departure and were very helpful

the property was situated in close proximity to everything ,it was in a lovely area and we had access to great restaurants , shopping etc it was extremely clean and the hosts we very willing to make our stay a great one !

The location was very central to city centre so we were able to go out at anytime. It was very convenient. There were so many fantastic restaurants in the area!

The flat was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was modern.

Apartment was very spacious for the 5 of us, having 3 rooms and two bathrooms was a great plus. Also it looks exactly as in the pictures. there are a few very nice breakfast places around with many gluten free options. Easy walk from Fitzrovia to Soho , and the apartment is very close to the underground. very hard to find a big place in London for a family of 5 , and when you do the prices are very high, and this one was at least in an acceptable range.
The main downside we felt is that the host is "remote". key pickup is at a mini market 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and leaving bags before check-in can only be confirmed a few hours before arrival, and after checkout is not possible. Liz is available on whatsapp, but actually you don't meet anyone face to face, and if you have an extra request she is limited with what she can do (like an extra blanket wasn't possible). having 2 showers is great, but you cant get reliable hot water in both if you use them at the same time. Fitzrovia is a nice and quiet neighborhood, not super central though.

The place was wonderful! Located in a great area, with everything necessary close by. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated. Amenities were brand-new, and the host was always ready to help!

Good location.
Cold shower water first morning of our stay. Plumber had to come by to fix it. Apartment was quite cold upon arrival. Some wall radiators did not work. There were some mobile ones, but the one for the living was too small to heat that area properly.

Great location, close to Euston, Regent St and Oxford St. Spacious apartment. Quiet, very nice area of London.

Great location - quiet street yet close to the Tube and restaurants/grocery shops.
Liz was kind and considerate to let us have an earlier check in as we had a long flight. Plus she was amazingly helpful to all my queries prior and during my stay.

The rooms are spacious with a wonderful bed and big closet. We slept very well. The neighbourhood is quiet, only on Saturday evening the bedroom next to the living room had some noise complaints from the street. Other than that, we all slept like babies. There is not much to see, but the flat is close to supermarkets and multiple subway stations. There is an elevator and a dishwasher for your convenience. Bathrooms were clean. Liz is truly amazing and quick to answer your every question. We never saw her, but still everything went surprisingly smooth. She guided us well, from the luggage storage app to the key pick up and the garbage disposal. Recommended.
It is impossible to shut the door quietly and the wifi wasn't great.

Fantastic location. Very relaxed neighbourhood. Walking distance to everywhere. Very comfy beds and bed linen. Everything lovely, new and clean. Lovely bathrooms. Felt homely. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again.
As its situated in very central London there is some noise from the outside, however the street the apt is on is quiet.

The location is great, three separate rooms, the kitchen is brand new (not used though, just the fridge), earky check-in was possible and the TV has Netflix.
