Apartment was very clean well located and equipped. The building is in the center of Camden few steps from underground and restaurants, markets and famous Camden Market. Very spacoius living room with well equipment and very modern kitchen: brand new oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. We collected the keys in small shop few steps from the apartment, very comfortable. The bedroom is also spacious and comfy. The service was very helpfull (we have one issue with the linen) and the contact and reaction was immediate.

Nothing, maybe wather preasure in the shower could be higher.

I would appreciate basic stuff like salt, paper, laundry pods, etc to be in the apartment instead of us buying it. Freezer and oven were dirty.

Host coordinators were unprofessional and RUDE to us on many occasions and the apartment cleanliness was POOR (there was dust all over the storage cabinets/food stains on floors and sofa bed/coffee stains on mugs/bad smell from kitchen sink/broken mobs/other tenants belongings like sugar, tea bags, a parcel and a training tool/washing machine was not cleaned and had sludge/cutlery drawer tray had food remains/all towels and dirty bedsheets from previous tenants were kept in the storage cabinet). WIFI goes off every ten minutes, so if you want to watch Netflix or Apple TV just forget about it. Building entrance is always dirty and stinks from the smell coming from the bin room opposite to it so you have to hold your breath while entering. Blinds were shorter in length than the windows in the living room so its too bright to use the sofa bed. if you need a dark bedroom to sleep, this apartment is not ur choice as the bedroom blinds are smaller than the window and enters light from all sides. The intercom (FOB) in the apartment is a disaster as picture is not clear, voice do not work and you have to press several times on the key button to open the door so if you order food just wait for them at GF or they gonna leave. Bed cover was too small for two people putting in mind that (we are 2 petite ladies) so I had to buy a king size quilt with a new cover to use it during my stay for my own comfort. Plus, we had 10 DAYS WITH NO HOT WATER and when we follow up with the host they say that we changed the thermostat program (but we did not) and afterwards we came to know that there were an issue in the building hot valve but the host kept being rude to us. We have paid about £8000 for 30 nights stay which is about £267/night and they compensate us for £300 only for all the above mentioned issues which considered one night stay!!!!!

- Required to review a large number of terms and conditions from the time of booking to receipt of keys. - Difficult to understand how to do self check-in - It is difficult to understand the English of the person in charge - It is difficult to find the key to enter the building - The room key on the door side was broken. (one of two). - The key to the room was broken. (But there was a window that could not be opened because it was broken. - Shower water volume was low. - The shower rack was broken (repaired during my stay). - The power plug was only a British BF type and there was only one place where a European C-type plug could be used. （There was only one place where you could use a European C-type plug. (There were no conversion sockets provided.)

Personally, only complaint we had was, the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were hard and flat.

The location is not central but near Regents Park. This was ideal for us, because we enjoyed the walks in the park and jogging in the morning. The apartment is in Camden. Camden has many restaurants and Camden Lock is very multifaceted with unusual shops and international cuisine.

There were many police and ambulance sirens during the night due to the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. This is not the fault of the apartment, but no air conditioning means you have to sleep with open windows.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, at the heart of Camden. The stay exceeded our expectations! Well equipped, new facilities, very clean. We were upgraded from our original 1 bedroom to this 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms apartment. 5 min walk from Camden city tube station in a quite ally.

Great spot. Secure and modern apartment.

Smart TV struggled on wifi but I was able to work on my laptop so not having BBC channels was a minor inconvenience. Basic items only in kitchen so if you want to cook you might need to take a few extra things like a mixing bowl and also things like mixers and blenders.

The host made everything difficult, they notified me not even a full working day in advance about the deposit and threatened to not let me check in, but the bank transfer takes a couple of working days. After long calls and talking to customer support they had me give my credit card info through the phone and pay double deposit. Note that I had already payed full amount. Then I had trouble opening the place, no instruction about their strange keys and no support whatsoever. I'll pick an hotel next time.

Beautiful property, very clean

. I have nothing to complain. Just as an advice, it will be nice if you guys can include how the keys work as I have to call the host twice. Also the AC was set in Russian!

There was one or two cracks in the plaster in the ceiling but I told the guy who I checked in with he just said take pics which I did - they didn’t affect my stay at all I just wanted to know they were aware and didn’t think it was me
