Absolutely perfect for our stay a lovely place

Spędziliśmy tutaj wspaniałe 7 dni (przedłużyliśmy pobyt do 10 października 😊).Blisko do morza, spokojna okolica, restauracje nad samym morzem serwujące pyszne ryby pieczone na ognisku 😋😍 ale przede wszystkim super babeczka Cristina 🥰❤️ która nas powitała 🥰 po raz pierwszy spotkaliśmy tak pomocną i empatyczną osobę 🥰❤️

The place is amazing. 20 meters from the locked area of ​​the hotel there is a wild beach and a bar with sunbeds. Free parking next to the bar. The rooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped. Great view!

The mattrasses could be harder.

nothing we found somewhere else that day we didn’t even stay one night

we were expecting it to actually be in Estepona but it was 17 kilometres away there were two swimming pools that were closed and didn’t open till June the beach was filthy the apartment was clean and hospitable and had it have been in Estepona we would have quite happily stayed but I did not want a 34 kilometre round trip to go into Estepona each evening to eat as it wasn’t my intention to drive in the evening’s as we wanted Estepona as a base as it was predominantly a sightseeing trip in the day and walking out in the evening to eat.

Nothing!

We were supposed to have been met at the location by the host, instead we were sent instructions via Whatsapp on how to locate the apartment. When we arrived we could not get through the wooden fenced entrance gate as we did not have the key fob. We only got in when a resident opened the gate. Once inside the foyer we contacted the host as the reception offices had closed down. The host told us to follow the instructions already sent. The keys to the apartment where in a keybox on the door. The apartment was quite dark with not much natural light as the only exterior windows were located in an inner courtyard. The balcony was small with a large table taking up half of the space but no chairs. The balcony was supposed to have a sea view which was impossible (see photo) and only looked across into other apartments. There was no sun on the balcony. CN-340 seems to be a rental company and not the resort name. The building is the Don Juan which was an aparthotel. The building looks like an old municiple building and not at all inviting. The entrance foyer is fenced off with a wooden fence with a wooden entrance gate. When we complained to the hosts they argued with us and that we had not read the Booking.com description correctly and that it was our fault. We refused to stay but they would not refund us nor would they supply us with a Hojas del Quejas y Reclamaciones form which, they are obliged by Spanish law to provide if requested by a customer whom has a complaint. This was the one bedroom apartment and the only option listed on Booking.com at the time of booking. The photos listed must be quite old and certainly only show the very best of what is a tired building/resort. The photos on the listing are generic and apply to all apartments listed by this host and so not true to this apartment when it is the only apartment available. I have added true photos that the host would not want to guests to see.

Ease of pick up of keys even at 2300! That fruit basket along with the welcome pack of biscuits, coffee, MILK, olive oil. Cleanliness. Our host responded quickly to our needs

Our room was close to the A7 and our balcony view (2nd floor) was of the walkway in front of us. The hot water ran out very quickly. To be fair, I did inform our host and he offered to call a technician immediately which I didn't take him up on.

Nice apartment ,nice wiev

A nice welcome reception with several fresh fruits and breakfast treats. Host very friendly and swift response to a request. All equipment new and good quality products. Clean with nice finishes. Fantastic views!! Great beach 100m from unit with a nice beach bar/restaurant. This property can definitely be recommended.

It is a bit far from shops with no nightlife close. One should have own transport.

without a reception if was difficult to understand how we would gain entry to our apartment. Also apartment had a smell of drains.

Location and cleanliness

Aspect of the room. Too overlooked, little light/view. A few bulbs out in the apartment

The host was very helpful and waited for us even after midnight.

Only spanish speaking, no english.

Spacious apartment, clean and very good location, nice natur beaches. The owner was friendly and we loved his welcoming in the apartment. Fully equiped, coffeemaker, netflix, wifi…

One bedroom window oriented to the corridor may be discomfort for somebody.

Clean Apartment, view see, all was well

The apartment was quite large and cozy. Everything was needed in the kitchen. The fruit box and spice set was a nice surprise. Very well located - right on the sea shore and away from denser settlements. The hotel had a beautiful fenced and private courtyard with 2 swimming pools. The host was very nice and understanding. There are no problems with parking the car.

It was out of the main area but close enough to walk to bars and restaurants, lovely marina close by. Good beach and promenade Our host Daniel couldn't do enough for us, just at the end of the phone. Greeted with a good starting pack of bread,milk,eggs,fruit,milk,fruit teas and toiletries - really good. Nice pool area, unfortunately due to COVID we couldn't use.

No wi fi although it was advertised as having it? Because of main reception closed due to COVID? It was cold and draughty especially when windy outside (January) , the patio doors don't lock, luckily we were on 2nd floor, so not an issue. Buses are minimal so a car is recommended and Lack of information given...directions on Google maps is incorrect and an update from booking.com was sent after we had flown and planned our route/buses/taxi. We were left stranded 10km away Luckily the host came and picked us up!

the owner is very nice and Very Helpful! He even found the babysitter for us.

The appartment is very nice and clean. There were some fruits and products in the appartment for us which was very nice.

The appartment is aliitle bit small for 5 persones. (Goood gor 4)
