beautiful old building in the old part of town. Lovely, friendly staff.
rooms/ bathroom small and crowded. lights, AC, coffee maker difficult and frustrating to figure out.

The concierge service was a joke! We had a broken shower for 3 days in a hotel like this and nobody cared or offered a solution... Last day we forced them to send a technician up to our room and he said it is broken I will fix it after you leave!

This is probably the best city hotel I’ve ever stayed on.
The breakfast was incredible, in terms of selection, service, and ambience.
The room was gorgeous and extremely well served by the staff.
If I have to nitpick, the gym was small, the room was a bit small, , and a rooftop pool would have been incredible.
but just to be clear, I give this place full marks!!

Our room was located near a kitchen or some sort of grill. I could smell the barbecue every afternoon around 2 pm or later in day when we returned
