Lovely apartment with a view of the tower of Windsor Castle. Full kitchen, very helpful and supportive personnel. I would recommend this place for everyone who comes to sightsee historical places in this area.

It may be a bit difficult to find a parking space, but it is doable. The landlady provided us with the parking permit for Zone E and that was very useful.

Lovely space with a living/eating area downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Great location, easy to to walk into Windsor for shopping & restaurants or to walk into the Great Park. Nice and quiet - no traffic noise as windows faced the opposite way to the road.

Car parking in a town centre is always tricky and it meant a 10 minute walk to the car and navigating the multiple parking restrictions. Be VERY careful on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings as the roads need to be clear for Changing of the Guard.

The location was brilliant. You were in the center for everything.

Need new pillows, I had to go and buy 2 due to only having one and the ones we had were very poor quality.

Loved the location and the apartment.

Was quite hot, and no fans. Did not expect the air traffic to be so high also.

Really great central location, perfect for everything. The flat was spacious, secure with comfortable beds.

1. Unfortunately due to the age of the building there is not any double glazing (and one window in a bedroom wouldn't close properly) so the sound of the aeroplanes flying directly overhead every 30 seconds is incredibly loud. They stop for a few hours overnight but woke all of us up when they started again at 5am. Not the fault of the owners really but something for families to be aware of as it resulted in 3 nights of very broken sleep. 2. There were very very loud creaky floorboards and doors which caused the kids to wake up when trying to get out of the room after putting them to bed. Again something for families to be aware of. 3. The parking is a 5 min walk away. It is advertised as 'an allocated spot' but is actually a permit for a residents zone 5 minutes away. This wasn't necessarily a problem as was a short walk and still a benefit to have free parking but perhaps it should be made clearer as it could affect those with mobility issues etc. 4. Lacked in a few basics like soap, extra toilet roll (one roll doesn't go far with a family) and washing up liquid

Very clean apartment. Right in the centre of Windsor. Very comfortable. Communication regarding booking very good.

Only criticism was lack of essential items, kitchen roll/wipes, soap tinfoil etc. There was dishwasher tablets and washing powder. Only 1 toilet roll for 4 people for 2 nights.
