Travelled with office colleagues for a team outing. Amazing hospitality, great location, took good care of us and terrific food :-) Would love to come back again.

A few rooms had challenges with the AC. However, you don't need them. We used fans and open windows - wake up with birds chirping. Not really a problem, but could have been better.

Really clean. Fantastic staff. Food was delicious. Calm and peaceful within the coffee estate. Lovely old world charm

Since it is far away from any known sights it would be great to have more activities within the place for groups to enjoy. Something like pool table, board games and so on

1. Hosts. The team is exceptionally good. The Manager ( Rohit ) was very welcoming and always there to help with anything. Special Mention for Lokesh and Jayamma. Jayamma is the chef - She can make anything in an authentic way. The food was just exceptional)

Asking for a bit much may be but some services on demand - like a massage or foot massages can make this experience even more superlative...for someone like me at least. None the less this was exceptional.

Huge bungalow, lovely rooms, fantastic open sitting spaces, great for private family or friends holiday. Very kid friendly place. Staff are extremely cordial and receptive to our specific dietary requirements. Wifi is very good ( had to do a work video call and it did fine).

Nothing significant went wrong so no complaints! The staff are willing to fix any issues at once.

The location of the property is great - it is in the middle of a large estate. The experience was highly personalized - where we could choose the type of cuisine we wanted to eat. The food was great. It's a good place to relax and maybe visit a few nearby places (e.g. Namdroling monastery, Dubare elephant camp). The staff was the best (Lokesh was the caretaker at our cottage and ) - very polite and courteous.

They have a lot of space nearby - if they can arrange for some outdoorsy stuff e.g. a badminton court or a tree house, etc. - then that would make the place even better.
