Хозяева очень дружелюбные и всегда готовы помочь. Периодически просто так кормили нас помело, хозяйка помогла нам пополнить счет мобильного. В первый день, когда мы еще не разобрались что и где ну острове помогли нам сориентироваться. Чтобы не ходили пешком до улицы с едой и массажем у хозяев есть велосипеды, которые они дают бесплатно) А вечером, прежде чем выпить, мой муж отвез мотоцикл, встретил хозяина и отвез его обратно в бар)) Бунгало чистое и приятное, понравился душ под открытым небом. Да и приятно было выходить утром на крыльцо и обнаруживать себя в саду) Хозяева предоставляют мотоцикл в аренду за 150к в день, советую сразу проверить тормоза и нет ли проблем с двигателем, муж жаловался и на то и на другое, в итоге сначала мотоцикл поменяли, а поменянный с проблемным двигателем починили. Так же хозяевам можно сдать вещи в стирку (30к/килограмм) и утром попросить приготовить завтрак (5$ на человека). Хороший интернет которого хватает для просмотра фильмов и для работы.

Для тех кто не арендует байк может не понравится местоположение. В первый день мы были удивлены что до моря пешком тяжело и долго добираться, но уже на следующий мы арендовали байк и проблем с местоположением больше вообще не испытывали) Неудобное расположение розеток в номере + одна из них держалась на честном слове. Не хватало еще какого-нибудь вентилятора на крыльце или розетки, чтобы можно было перетащить вентилятор из комнаты. Комары, но это не проблема этого дома, а скорее всей местности, где влажно и тепло, просто надо быть готовым) В самом номере есть маскитные сетки на окнах и над кроватью. Ну и как удаленщикам нам не хватило рабочего места в номере, сидели на кровати под кондеем когда работали) за столом на крыльце не посидишь, ноги некуда деть, душно (читайте выше пункт про розетки и вентилятор).

The owners are lovely people and from when I arrived to when I left they would be great and make my stay fantastic, I stayed longer than expected and kept extending I also tried both the stone and wood type buildings with both being nice and amongst the wonderful nature very peaceful nights sleep Wi-Fi is good and steady and the pool is well maintained although I didn’t get to use it during this stay the motorbike hire is good also would recommend especially if you want that amongst the nature feeling

Le, the Manager and all the staff were friendly and helpful, sorted everything for us, tours, bikes, whatever we needed but otherwise we were left in peace. Room was cleaned everyday. Free drinking water, nice pool, good wifi, netflix. Set in jungle orchard of mangoes, coconuts, pomelos with amazing birdlife and local wildlife noises. Very chilled place. Really good food at Ninila's two doors down (mango smoothie best in town). Ong Lang beach is a nice 15-20 min walk, dont do it at midday in the sun, but doable, supermarket 10 minutes. Highly recommend a bike or scooter.

Beautiful little place. Super nice little houses. Amazing outdoor bathroom. Everything very clean. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay!

The atmosphere is very cozy and lovely with the plants and trees.

The air in the room was very moisty. Because of this I slept outside. We asked to switch room but it was the same in the other rooms. Sadly, it was very clear that the place has had a hard time since corona and lacked maintenance.

I like absolutely everything! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is calm, clean and really close to nature.

If you come to Phu Quoc you must stay here!.. we booked 2 nights and stayed 4! Suri and her husband are so friendly and helpful!..They even took us to a local beach on their bikes when we got lost! The bungalow was great with a beautiful outside bathroom. Such a beautiful and peaceful place. There is no restaurant at Pomelo but their friendly neighbour "Ninila " does great food and an amazing breakfast. As with most places on the island (unless you're on Long Beach/busy Duong Dong ) you will need a bike to get around..(you can rent from Pomelo) The beach of Ong Lang is beautiful and quiet...a bit hard to find but definitely worth it! Pomelo doesn't have many reviews because Suri and her husband have only recently taken it over. .. hopefully they will get lots of great reviews which they deserve!
