Location, Owner was very close and quick to respond to any issues

Oh, the bed is really hard, we felt like there was a mold problem. And it was very noisy because of the guest staying upstairs was walking really hard on the floor.

Breakfast? No breakfast, but there were 2 complimentary bottles of water, the a/c was super cold, the apt. was very clean and the space was well utilized. If I had to say one thing that was missing, I would mention a closet, but it's not set up for long term stays, so a closet really isn't necessary.

The porch light. Unfortunately, it was very bright through the bedroom window at night. I like a very dark room, but it may be very suitable for others. I would suggest black out shades, maybe? But seriously, that was not enough to make me not want to stay again. Very minute issue. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the apartment and our host was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend.

Was a very clean and quaint place, will be back!!! Absolutely cozy and had everything you need for a great stay!

The only positive thing I have to say would be the location was good.

Where to begin!? We booked this property in March for a trip July 27-Aug 1. Arrived July 27 at 3:00 as stated was our check in time. No way to enter property, no communication about arrival procedure. After messaging & calling repeatedly, owner finally answered her phone saying she did not have us checking in today!? She was at her camper so wasn’t able to help. Sent son to open door. He arrived after 6pm! We did not have transportation & waited over 3 hrs in temps in the upper 90s to enter our rental!!! Because she wasn’t aware we were checking in, I’m not sure the place was cleaned! Used bar of soap & hair in bathroom. Wi-Fi password was not written in English. One outlet where a lamp was plugged into an extension cord & had to be unplugged to charge phone. Everything about this was unacceptable! We filed a complaint with booking.com & owner is denying everything. We have pics if anyone needs proof. Ended up booking a hotel & not staying here at all.

hi we had a wonderful time fans were great in the kitchen and bedroom great location and lovely getaway we live in a tiny place ourselves so we are used to small spaces

just want to mention that the tv seemed to be broken in the upper right hand corner. also maybe air conditioner a tad tired in that it did not cool much.

Wonderful little apartment in a three family home located on the first floor. Short walk to all the activities, or trolley was a couple blocks away. Blocks to Flagler college and the Lightner museum. Nice to have kitchen and back porch. Owner Lizy was very helpful. We will go back.

Really nothing. Price could not be beat for the privacy and convenience.

Nice location, 10 min walk to the historic area. Quiet street, private parking.

Bed was rather uncomfortable after a few hours. Room was a bit noisy being right next to Parking area.

The location is close to the main city attractions, it was within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The house needs more lighting at the front. I arrived at night and it was very dark/hard to recognize.
