The door wouldn’t lock the property manager was rude and lied. We wanted villa 3 but she had us in villa 2 saying villa 3 had work that needed done but literally every day there was work done where we were staying. The door wouldn’t lock from the inside so instead of making us feel safe she insulted me that I just didn’t know how to work a lock. Ended up with a nail in my tire from all the repairs from the work being done. Big infested and the person staying in the rental we were supposed to get was selling drugs the whole time I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here

Everything the place was a dump!!!! And Everything was broken DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Ended up leaving early and paying for a hotel with my family of 6 thanks for costing me tons of extra money had to buy an air mattress because the couch bed was disgusting) no toilet paper no soap dirty dishes in the dish washer and what was clean was rusty fecal matter in the toilet sand in the tub old food in the microwave the beds squeeked so loud with every movement dryer did not work left me with a ton of wet clothes none of the tvs worked at all had to set my 71 yo father in law up with my phone as a TV among so many more things and when I tried to call to speak to someone they would on email me

Did not have a working drying machine and the bed frames were unbelievably creaky.

IT had a lot of space

it was roaches everywhere! the property wasn't cleaned before I got there, it was food left in the bottom of the oven

The screen porch

The villa was dirty, the TV's were broken, the kitchen had sticky stuff on the counter and tables. The shelf in bathroom was broken, and filter in the vent didn't fit and was very dirty. When I arrived there was no parking.

The walk to the beach

The pet smell was very loud,not clean, dust everywhere,busted up furniture. the dishwasher was full of smelly dirty water and leaking on the floor,trash cans outside were full, shower curtain rod rusty,toilet was dirty! Very unsanitized, I was very disappointed, uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I call several times,the first time I was told someone would be there in the morning at 9am,no one showed up. I called 2 times after that and all I got was voice mail. It's bad business to just take someone's money and not render the services properly. I demand a refund!

Close to the beach. Livingroom couch was comfortable and appeared to be new.

The beds were broken, squeaky, and uncomfortable. Large heavily stained ottoman in the middle of the living room. Splintered and loose screw stairs.

this company/property straight up ripped me off .. I paid for 4 days at this location and they had rented it out to someone else when I arrived to the site there was a person in the unit 3 that I had already prepaid back in march for reservations 15-19 they it was rescheduled for September 21-25 and mind you I call the day before to make sure everything was correct and with my reservations so the lady told me yes the reservation was still active so we arrived at 9:30pm 9/21/22 and someone in the unit and they harassed me about a 200$ rescheduling fee the whole time up until the day before our arrival be didn’t mention the rescheduling fee before the reservation was rescheduled so at this point we’re stock in SC after driving 6 hours away coming from Va with 3 small children we us we also paid a pet fee which we didn’t bring our dog this company then they wrote me talking about I arrived late I guess that why the unit was rented out and the said they would accommodate me and my family after we done had to rent another condo due to not being able to get stay in the unit we clearly paid for and they will be hearing from my attorney because bottom line this place is bad for business and straight up rip me off out of my money and made my vacation crappy experience 😩
