The hotel is extremely close to Wat That Phanom. The service is friendly.

The hotel is more a rehab facility than a resort. There’s not inherently a problem with this, but the ambiance is a bit strange nonetheless.

Handy for walking to the lovely Wat . A dated but quite fun holiday resort . Friendly and helpfull staff

The rooms are clean, very good size and everything you need including fresh towels daily. The premises looks really nice and it's a good price, the pool area was stunning wish we had a dip now. Free cycles too can't be bad

We thought that we had booked closer to the pool, it's not that clear when you book where you are, we ended up on another section across the road it's not far but a map of where each room is would help. We never used the pool in the end probably because of where we were but that was our choice. A menu and tourist information etc in the rooms would also have been nice, we ate out but might have been tempted with a menu and price list.

Breakfast and location were fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool aria was by far the best part of this location.

Upkeep and hygiene of the room could be much better. Bedlinen was only changed once (in 6 days), whilst the room and certainly the bathroom were totally outdated. It was also missing a television in the livingroom. Also the facility is also used as rehabilitation center. Although a nice idea, I wasn't really expecting to act as a counselor to some of the inhabitants. For the price (2000 Bath incl. breakfast), I had expected more for my money.
