The room was nice, pretty clean. The position is good to reach the centre in 15 minutes by walk.

The bathroom was small, and the operator wasn't so nice at the telephone.

There were many noises in the night which made it harder to sleep well. You heard the noises from the other rooms a lot and you heard the traffic and the front door. This is a review for room 1.

Easy location to get to. Good to have automated access as I was late arriving. Bed was comfy.

I had the front room which opens straight onto the street, this means there was noise from the street all through the night. The shower had no vent so each day the cleaner would open the window wide for ventilation. This means that the room is completely insecure and not a safe place to leave my laptop or other belongings. The number pad for getting in was non-intuitive and didn't work at first for me. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the whole late-night phone conversation of the person in the room next to me. The door to my room was difficult to close and had to be slammed to close properly. The bathroom was so small that I had to sit sideways on the toilet in order to use it.

Towels & linen were clean & bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Oxford station was within 20 minutes walking distance. Access to the back garden.

Ground floor room next to main road & pelican crossing. A pungent dank smell upon arrival requiring a wide-open window whilst in the room. Gaping window, noisy road, slamming of the principal front door & the smell made it difficult relaxing & sleeping. The shower only dispensed extremely hot water; no temperature control & not fit for purpose. Had to use the sink and my face cloth for bathing. Tea-making facilities weren't available in the room. Tired furniture.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy.

We were informed there was no car parking beforehand but information is a little misleading as the car parking is a 15 minute walk minimum, there are lots of parking g restrictions outside the property and only permit holders allowed parking. Signage is very minimal and no response to emails on queries. There was WiFi available but not working or would not connect, room information folders would have been helpful in the room.

Great king size bed and great shower.

Very worn decor - definitely not deluxe - marks, stains and parts of the paint missing from walls - could really dowith some TLC

Not very well soundproof. You could hear the person next room, or in my case, as the room was on the ground floor you could also hear the floor cracking every time the person in the room upstairs walked around.

Very kind staff. I did a late self check-in and they were very helpful and responsive.

Waitrose is a few minutes walk and self-service laundry is just next door. The road is served by several buses, if you not interested to walk. Taxi was about 8 pound. Room and kitchen was good.
