De ses fenêtres et du balcon, vous avez une vue splendide sur « Croda da Lago »avec le « Becco di Mezzodì » au sud, le groupe du « Sorapis »
à l'est et« Tofane », à l'ouest. Tout près des boutiques et des bars les plus esclusifs, à 300m de la station de téléphérique Faloria-Crystal.

This unit is in a super location. It was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the street and tower. Be sure you download the user guide and follow it. For example, before you start the dishwasher you have to turn off the hot water heater in the bathroom and you have to bring your garbage to the basement - things like that. Great place overall - just a little dated.

The apartment is extremely well located in the Center of town. . It was rustic but very functional. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, nice big table and living room. Bedrooms were a bit tight. Kitchen fan didn’t work. Lots of hooks and hangars were much appreciated.

The property in Cortina was amazing, this is the 3rd time that my family & I have stayed at Brunas apartment & she was once again fabulous to deal with! The apartment is in centre of town & you walk to all shops, restaurants & easy to catch bus to slopes !

Appartamento che ha il pregio di essere centralissimo e per questo motivo si può perdonare il fatto di essere un po’ datato sia nella struttura, sia negli arredi. Letti e doccia consigliati a persone di media statura e magre. Persone alte e eccessivamente “robuste” o “rotonde” possono avere problemi di vivibilità ed adattamento. Nel complesso è da consigliare anche se appare un po’ caro rispetto alla qualità complessiva offerta.

ottima sistemazione anche invernale
eravamo gia' stati d'estate ma anche d'inverno e' una ottima sistemazione, centralissima, ben fornita di tutto, calda.
Peccato che per un guasto tecnico per 2 giorni e' mancata la linea internet ma e' stato prontamente risolto.

Convenient, but expensive
We were a bit surprised when we saw the apartment building: it's central, and looks out onto pretty hotels and the church, but the apartment building itself is worn out and depressing. The whole of Cortina seems to be a mixture of beautifully renovated buildings/houses/restaurants, and others which are practically falling apart.
The apartment is central, which is very convenient, but also noisy. The bars opposite play very loud music late into the night, meaning we had to close the windows to get any peace (in summer temperatures).
The apartment itself is very well set up. We've never had such a well equipped kitchen. If you don't want to eat out every night, you can really cook like at home. The only criticism we had of the department's furnishings were the mattresses on the four single beds. Two are old and saggy, two are new but as hard as the floor. The mattresses in the main bedroom are perfect.
Warning to others: the apartment does have a balcony, but too small to use for eatings meals etc. So you're inside the whole time.
Communication with the landlord was excellent, as were the arrangements for arrival and organisation of little details like rubbish and recycling.
Overall, once we'd accustomed ourselves to the dismal building, we were happy with this choice. It still seems very, very expensive for what it was though.

Appartamento molto confortevole e perfettamente accessoriato e riscaldato. La proprietaria è stata disponibile e cordiale. Si trova in pieno centro, comodissimo ai parcheggi ed a tutti i servizi. A pochi passi dagli impianti. Ideale per famiglie anche con bimbi piccoli. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro!

Comfortable apartment in middle of Cortina
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this apartment is most comfortable and well-located in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Great kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, plus espresso maker and coffee hot pot. Would be a great place for skiers or hikers in the Cortina area. Only shortcoming is parking which is not immediately available but can be found for a fee nearby.

Tolle grosszügige Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt!
Wir waren als Familie (2/2 plus Hund) für eine Woche in der sehr zentral gelegenen FeWo und können diese uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Sauber, sehr geräumig, vollständig eingerichtet, zuverlässiger guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Kleine Nachteile: kostenloser Parkplatz 5min Fussweg entfernt, langsames WLAN, 4. Stock (Fahrstuhl), städtisch üblicher Lärm.

Well situated in the centre with beautiful views and near to the Faloria ski lift
The appartment is well furnished and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. It is rather dated (especially the bathroom colours). Very well cleaned and quiet (only on Saturday night there was some loud music from a bar opposite but it did not disturb our sleep).
The only negative points was the poor regulation of one of the shower valves and we didn't appreciate the 2 extension cables leading to the microwave sitting on the worktop.
We had a nice stay and certainly would use it again in future.

E' sempre molto bello tornare
Mio marito ed io affittiamo questo appartamento già da molti anni ed ogni volta è sempre bello per noi ritornare e sentirci come a casa. Gli ambienti, piccoli ma molto ben disposti, consentono ampia libertà reciproca e l'arredo è sobrio ma funzionale. L'appartamento è inoltre corredato di tutto quanto possa occorrere per chi desiderasse anche mangiare più o meno regaolarmente in casa. Infine la posizione centrale, comoda a tutti i servizi, ed una vista meravigliosa dalle finestre della sala su Faloria, Becco di Mezzodì e Cinque Torri. Che dire? Speriamo di tornarci per almeno altrettanti anni a venire!

Appartamento ben attrezzato e in pieno centro
Abbiamo alloggiato in quest'appartamento in quattro adulti. L'appartamento è pulito, curato, ben attrezzato e perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione.
E' posizionato in pieno centro per cui comodissimo e la vista che si gode dal terrazzo è impareggiabile !
La proprietaria molto gentile, disponibilissima e altrettanto l'agenzia che si occupa delle chiavi e della pulizia.
La cantina di pertinenza è grande e molto comoda per lasciare la bicicletta.
Il collegamento wi-fi funziona benissimo.
Spero di poterci ritornare e lo consiglio.

L'agence immobilière est très sérieuse et réactive ainsi que la propriétaire Madame Scarani.

Six of us stayed in this apartment the last week of September 2015. It is in the perfect location for a visit to Cortina and the surrounding countryside. The views from the apartment are spectacular. The six of us ( three retired couples) found it comfortable, roomy and stocked with everything we needed. The pictures on the website are very accurate. We will stay here again on our next trip to Cortina.

The good: location. It is a very short walk to central Cortina so you are close to bars, restaurants and shopping without having a high footfall past your property. Views from (small) balcony are fabulous, its a shame you cant eat outside. We arrived late at night and so picked up the keys from a local hotel, this was made very easy by Bruna. There are 3 free car parks on the outskirts of Cortina which we used without any hassle. Loads of fantastic walks are a short drive away, perfect summer walking. The bad: Second bathroom shower leaks. Price does not include extras (electricity, gas, water, cleaning and linen all added up to an amount we were not expecting). The main bedroom looks out onto the square so on fri and sat night there is some noise from the bar and the bodega opposite (but not all night).

Très satisfait de notre séjour et de l'appartement dans le cadre de l'Ultra Trail de Lavaredo en juin 2015
La propriétaire est très aimable et très réactive à toutes questions. Son site est très fournie en photo.
La personne de l’agence qui remet les clés est tout aussi réactive. Elle nous a trouvé un parking gratuit à proximité de l’appartement plutôt que ceux payant du centre ville.
L’appartement est parfaitement situé ! A 2 min de la rue piétonne commerces bar restaurants et départ/arrivée pour notre course. Le top.
L’appartement convient parfaitement pour 6 personnes sans y être à l’étroit. Seul petit bémol il n’y a rien au niveau éponge torchon produit vaisselle pastilles lave vaisselle ou lave linge. Il faut donc tout acheter.
Nous disposions de 3 jeux de clés ce qui permet d’être indépendant entre couples
7Go d’internet offert donc très largement suffisant pour 6 sur 5 jours
La caution nous a été rendu très rapidement après déductions des frais (eau gaz électricité et ménage). Comptez 100 euros pour 5 jours en plus du prix fixe. Les Conditions de location étaient définies à l'avance donc pas de surprise.
Le Gros plus de cet appartement est vraiment sa situation en plein centre ville qui permet d’être indépendant de la voiture

High standard apartment and perfect organisation
I was travelling with my two sons in summer: We had a great time!
The apartment is very functional in a sense that it offers plenty storage facility for clothing e.g. in the bedrooms. Additional storage for bulky backpacks and heavy boots is in the foyer. The heart of the apartment is the living room with large dining table, the TV and the adjacent kitchen. Furniture is traditional style and provides a snug atmosphere, again a lot of storing facilities for board games and books. The kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, a gas stove, an oven and a large fridge. The living room and two of the bedrooms open to the balcony that offers a view to the South/West, e.g. Cinque Torri.
Location is right in the city center and bakery, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are all within 5 min walking. That is very convenient. At the same time the area is quiet at night.
Booking the parking facility which is available at 100 EUR/ week was good choice for us. We thought money was well invested since parking in Cortina d’Ampezzo is highly regulated
Support from the local agency was friendly and competent. Financial clearing was trustworthy and fair.
I can fully recommend booking this apartment!
