I was told after an hour or so of confirmed booking through booking.com on the phone that they did not have any room in the hotel. So I did not get to stay there so nothing to like.

We arrived at the hotel and we booked 4 days before. When we arrived the staff at the check in said we havent received nothing from booking.com however it was clear we had booked it and there was a problem with the hotel. The staff decided to be rude and told us to go somewhere else rather than trying to help.

The hotel is very good. The services are very good. The staff are very good. The rooms are big and clean.The environment is very clean.
And above all, it is very near to the airport, 5 mints drive to the daewoo terminal and also to the railway station. And saddar Rawalpindi.

First of all, being in a low-rent motel-styled hoe tell, is not a big deal at all to me. The problem is when the hoetells that it's basically a higher maintained quality than it is‼️
1. I had a delayed flight in which I reported to the property immediately. No terms & conditions were emailed back (after about three emails) regarding what should be done about it, nothing of what they said to me AFTER checking in was on booking.com...there's no Red Lined website.
2. The faisal a baddie servant would come everyday bullying clients for tips & say "give 5 in your currency, & 500 everyday in mine." He multiplies numbers to rip me off (e.g. laundry services, food) & take the rest for himself & bully/shame me for not giving extra tips (ON MY WHATSAPP).
3. The hoetells always the "Only 2 rooms left" mark on booking.com to basically hurry/worry clients into booking while none of it is true.
4. If any booking doesn't happen 100% minute-minute of check-in to check-out as the co-managers like (for example coming many hours after the check-in or ask for an early check-out), they would ALWAYS INSTANTLY cancel it from booking.com upon arrival to only have to pay partial cancellation fee to booking & pocket the rest (the most) paid days. They'd say talk to booking & if you tell that it's no longer part of it because it claims cancelled he replies "it is not cancelled from our end." I still haven't seen it..
5. The hotel (receptions/mangers/servants..etc) never brings back anything taken. You must ask where the rest of the paid bill went, you could (& you will) not have it back😁.
6. They don't mind cursing you & threaten to call the police after calling you a thief thinking it will scare you into giving them larger demanded amount with the best potential violence that they can apply on you.

The room was very clean but there is no facility of freezer in every room and toilets doesnt have exhause fans, Hot n cold water wasnt available. It doesnt suitable according to its charges

lift was broken
carpets were ripped and stained
was first given a double bed only despite paying for two beds, then was put in a room that a previous guest had used and was left uncleaned and used toilet, and stained sheets
aircon was not working at all
waited until 2am before asking for a new room.
was shown two other rooms one with broken a/c and another that was stinking.
finally was given another room with two single beds - couldn’t wait and used as last resort.
avoid this hotel at all costs. too expensive and crap service.
