The staff was great except when I arrived . The valet service was not great the guy was very nasty and send me off to do my own parking at the garage I ended it up lost for 6 minutes around the resort . It was dark and the directions were not that great. The rest of my stay I had no problems. Restaurants are great , casino is in there and shopping is all in . I absolutely love it. The parking is 10 dollars per night . The pool is beautiful and I would go back certainly.

The staff for the Valet need to practice more customer service

The Borgata is in a good location that gives good views of the city. I've never had any issues with how clean the hotel is. The rooms are of decent size.

There's nothing of wow value. When compared to other casino hotels its comparable and doesn't have that one thing it's really known for. It's just a good hotel amongst a few but with a superior location.

Coffee at buffet was great. Food excellent. Loved juice bar downstaires. Wish wine bar had more seating and privacy.

Wine bar could have had more seating. Check-in said wasn't until 4pm, but many checked in earlier. Wish we knew that was an option. We walked around for hours to kill time.

View wasn't great, but it didn't bother us.

I can't really think of much I didn't like.

Very nice rooms and great staff great resturants. Clean and looks like a casino and not run down like a lot of casinos are getting.

Room was super clean. Staff were awesome.

Only downfall which I should have told the waiter at Angelina’s that the chicken parm was over cooked and linguini was under cooked. Left that on their survey and heard nothing back. So what is the point of a survey.

My and I are glad we had the pleasure to experience this beautiful hotel!
