Not friendly staff, outdated room, our room is smelly. And theres dog who barks the whole night.

The thick dust behind the night stand between the beds. I told the check out clerk when we checked out about that.

The location was fabulous! We were right in the middle of the outlet stores. This meant that we could just walk out and be at a store of our choice. We were just blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. This made the trip even better! In addition, we felt secure enough to walk out at night to get local food. We found a Pakistani buffet that had wonderful, fluffy and delicious naan bread. It was a great experience.

Did not stay longer.

The bottom line I did not stay 2 nights and I wish I can be credited for such. I checked out at 6pm the next day. There was an argument across from my hotel room like 2am in the morning, the pipes are old and made huge noise and the breakfast was all you can eat and they wanted extra money for my daughter although my daughter was sick and just sitting there. Good over priced and not good.

The shower, low water pressure, loose shower handles that released rust. The movie channel for purchases kept being unavailable.

The room is very old, there were stains on the wall, the bathtub doesn’t have anti slip rubbers on the tub’s floor - so it’s dangerous to take a shower because you’ll slip, the breakfast is soooo simple - bacon eggs bread pancakes waffles sausage cereal oatmeal and fruits - I always go to Asia for vacation and the hotel’s breakfast there has kore selection of dishes and the 18.95+$ for the breakfast in Sheraton is not worth it! Even the hotel front desk was trying to fool us with the breakfast voucher! I’m not staying in this hotel anymore!

Very outdated, dirty and get us the felling of those cheap 20 bucks a night roadside motels. Very expensive for the service provided. Their “pledge” of cleanliness during COVID is not but a sham to get customers

I like everything overall about it it was nice !!

I didn’t like how far the parking was it was an inconvenience especially when you have luggage but it was ok.

The staff was very helpful and kind and the location was very good the sheets were clean and white.

The room was falling apart the water pressure sucked in the sink the shower didn't get hot enough the bed was not made up very well they threw it together the air-conditioned didn't work very well I set it and wake up and it's cold in the room I had to bring it all the way up to 80 degrees and it wasn't that cold outside but the room was freezing. I like to travel with my dog but pet friendly hotels ALWAYS give you their worst rooms and I felt that way again you can always tell that another Pet has stayed in the room I mentioned that to the clerk at the front desk and she said they don't just have pet rooms anymore but it didn't feel that way to us. With the money we paid for the rooms it should look like the pictures online not old and outdated I know it was NYE but we paid over $400 for ONE NIGHT that's alot of money and it was not worth it at all the only reason we sucked it up was because it was just one night but I can't see myself ever staying there again with or without my dog.

we arrived at 4 PM，and we still had to wait more than half hour to get a clean room！Then during the night，the TV noise from the next room can be heared very clearly， unfortunately at 3:30 AM，there were still lots of noises！

The hotel location.

The room was clean but the towels and some bed linen was not all clean. Stains were present on some items. The shower and tub had pealing paint. Paying to park should be included in the hotel room fee. An extra $20 per night was ridiculous! My room keys stopped working after the first night and I had to visit the service desk to get new keys.

The staffs were rude did receive what paid for that charged twice was evicted from the hotel left some of my belongings be cause I rushing to pack my stuff with police escort their reason my husband was rude and refuse refund us back they charged my card and the booking agent also charged my card and am on phone with the agent to get all my money back the have refused to return the money they horrible esterblieshment and don't care customers especially when you and black person that's my experience very bad customer service
