We had a WONDERFUL stay! The property was just as described, location to the beach was awesome and the beach itself was not crowded at all, allowed our kids plenty of space to roam safely. The house was great for our group!!

This is our 3rd stay at this house and it was great. Check in and check out were easy, things were clean and ready for us, the walk to the beach is short, and everyone has a great time.

We shared this rental with another family -10 in all - and had such a wonderful time. close to the beach. well kept property. the mosquitoes were quite bad - but i think that’s because of the recent rain. definitely recommend repellant and even spray for the stairs and garage. the screened in porch is lovely and fun to watch the boats come into the port. would recommend highly for families looking forward a beach getaway.

This home was just exactly as advertised, and was perfect for our family reunion. Unfortunately, to get into the house, one must go up the outside stairs, and there were hundreds of swarming mosquitoes at all times. Between the trip up the stairs and the trips to the beach, we all wound up with a minimum of 30 bites per person, and that was after spraying ourselves down with "Off" for each trip. For that reason alone, we would not go back if the home was offered at 1/5 of the price. We made the mistake of paying the $150 for pool use before we realized that there was a mosquito problem, so we did not use the pool once. I did go inside the gate to see if there were mosquitoes there as well, and there were. The home is nice. There was a definite shortage of linens, so I would highly suggest you bring your own towels. There was only one bath mat to be found, but there was a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Overall, although the home is lovely, we feel it is overpriced for the amenities, and being forced to stay indoors except when at the beach was a definite drawback. The beach also had mosquitoes, but it wasn't as bad as the neighborhood.

Beautiful and relaxing, this property was a perfect choice for a brief getaway. Cool walks on the easily accessed beach and warm nights by the cozy fireplace were just what we needed.

Process to rent was very easy and on site staff was excellent. They called periodically during our stay to see if we needed anything which was extremely helpful.

Great, one story beachhouse, perfect for families, especially with no interior stairs to ‘police’ with children. Take the walkover to the private beach in just minutes. Lovely bay views from the screened in back porch. Spacious and comfortable. A very helpful and polite onsite staff.

This was a beautiful property with great access to the beach. It was spotless when we visited. The home was equipped with everything needed (kitchen utensils, bathroom linens, seating and more). The bunk room was adorable and the kids loved it! All the beds were very comfortable. This property had an excellent use of space. The only recommendation is to swap out the bunk room bulbs (located over each bed) to LED bulbs so they don’t get too hot. Being such close proximity to the headboards the littles accidentally touched the fixture and complained it was too hot. But that’s it. Everything was perfect and we would love to return P.S. the screened in upper deck is amazing. We all sat outside to wind down (littles included). We had cocktails while watching the sunset and the littles were able to play. Plenty of seating and the best part...no mosquitos!

Just got home from a 3 night stay here with my family of 4 and my brother’s family of 4. Plenty of space - house is super cute and plenty of space. One criticism, which was pretty major, was the infestation of mosquitos in the area. It wasn’t just at this particular house, but the entire walk to the beach (which is only about 5 minutes) we were swarmed by mosquitos. They were even on the beach, which was crazy. Other than that we were the only ones in our area of the beach and had no problem social distancing. Highly recommend renting beach chairs and umbrellas. So as long as the mosquito situation is under control I’d definitely rent here again.

This house is nice and has all the things that we needed. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children. The back porch is screened in which was great for allowing the kids to play out there without worry. We will be back!

We had a great experience. In example on their service, the first morning we discovered the Keurig was broken, no morning coffee! We phoned it in and while we were on the beach they delivered a new pot and set it up. Very strong service throughout our stay.

It's exactly what it's advertised as. Really nice house, great neighborhood. Easy beach access. Perfect for a group. We'd go back for sure.

This is a terrific and well appointed property perfect for families with kids (the bunk room). The house itself is well set up and has everything you need for a fun stay. Unfortunately, we happened to be staying there when the air conditioning broke and then, the next day, when the house’s fire alarm system broke and went off repeatedly from around 6-7 am for the next few hours. Management was very responsive about getting repair guys out both days. We just hadn’t anticipated waiting in the house for three hours while the air conditioner was being fixed/rewired (apparently the wires had been corroded and the system had been sending repair alerts for two months) or being wakened the next day by fire alarms that kept repeating. Good house overall, just needed some upkeep.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Steps from the ocean and great views of the bay and ocean.

This was our second visit to Galveston and staying within this community. The home itself has pretty much everything. It's very spacious and the master bed in this home is incredibly comfortable. The twin bunkbed bedroom did not have any comforters or blankets just sheets but we called the management company and they brought us brand new blankets within the hour - very on top of things here in the event there is something missing that you need. You literally walk across the street to the beach access path to get to the beach. There are not many homes in Galveston that have this close of access to the beach and it's more private than other public access points. The home is very energy efficient - stays cool even when it's hot and stayed warm at night. Everything looks and feels to be brand new. Has a nice laundry room to do your laundry while you are there - the kitchen/dining/living room was very spacious and open and the screened in porch is wonderful to sit outside at night or with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the big ships come in. The master bedroom TV had netflix only on it - but we travel with an amazon firestick that is very easy to plugin to give you access to other shows to watch when you are inside. I intend on going back to this home again in the future and would recommend staying here. There's everything you need within the home while there and tons of privacy by having the whole house to yourself.
