We loved the location, the amenities and communication with the host. The river is easily accessible, the area is secured and gated with a security guard walking around. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The unit was comfortable and the location was great. The furnishings are a bit tired, however. And all the provisions (towels, tissue paper, etc) are basic. Also you may need to bring extension cords as there are few available, working outlets near the end tables in the bedrooms. Finally, I’m glad we brought our own pillows because the provided pillows were really bad.

Hello, we are a family of 4 and had a great stay. We extended our 4 day stay to 5. Perfect View. Quiet. 2nd bedroom connected to a separate bathroom which was great for the girls. Clean! Air conditioner kept the place cold which is important in Texas in August!

1st ever guys trip with my brother-in-law and 2 nephews. Loved the location and booking, check-in, and check-out were extremely easy. Great area for grilling out and sitting in the river. We’re already planning next years trip at this exact location.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love the location. The HVAC system works because we were cold and kept changing it. The condo is dated but clean. The security guard made sure no one was traspassing. Very family friendly. Didn't have to park far from our condo either. We will keep coming back.

Relaxing 2 bedroom great for a family. Sleeping arrangements not really laid out for an all adult stay. Kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils etc. Convenient stacked laundry in suite. River view and access to grill and picnic tables. Good TV and WiFi. Overall a great place.

We stayed in unit 357. The overall experience was wonderful. The condo was clean and very inviting. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Property was clean and very family oriented. Its walking distance to 444 tubes and Schlitterbahn. Will definitely stay here again.

We love visiting NB…1st time in a condo! Grounds were great! We have 4 teen boys so we had to watch out for the condo KAREN but the made nice with her so not too bad! Condo could use a little updating but it’s fine for a vacay!

As a local expert, we would have expected a heads up on the following: 1) the main bridge in town is closed to tubing is extremely limited (1/2 mile). 2) the community is primarily made up of local/ permanent residents so activity outside of parking your car and going inside is not allowed (ie. kids playing outside is not appreciated and are expected to play in the street instead). 3) Although the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and silverware; nothing looks clean especially with food stuck to items in the cabinets. Cabinets are sticky and hard to open. Ceiling has dirt lines from the AC vents. This location is not inexpensive, and we are not expecting a remodeled condo however i do expect it to be clean and in an environment that is welcoming.
