Lovely apartment, amazing view, completely hassle free break, friendly and helpful owners, can’t fault anything.

The location was excellent, very close to everything you needed.

The home from home comforts as most things were catered for. Lovely shower with his and hers sinks, heated radiator with hive controlled heating.

Bed was seemed a little short for my legs but not a huge issue as most curl up when sleeping.

Everything,close to all amenities,clean, comfortable and modern,will stay again .

Just the hike up all the Stairs,you get used to it.no parking but some a short walk away.

When I walked into to the building I was a little nervous, it certainly didn't feel like this was going to be a top notch apartment with the slight damp smell. We tentatively climbed the many stairs to the loft apartment feeling somewhat apprehensive ......... after opening the door we realised why the reviews were so good, the apartment itself is absolutely awesome!! This was the first of six nights on a 'road trip' covering Devon & Cornwall staying in a different room or apartment each night, there were some very good apartments and rooms BUT this was way ahead of any of the others. Fantastic views, lovely clean apartment and very well equipped. I have read many 'excellent' reviews for different rooms or apartments but there are very few that come up to this standard in my experience. The owners obviously take great care to make sure your stay is just perfect and it was.

You should be aware that parking isn't perfect BUT there is a nearby car park just a minute or two walk away. There is a short stay car park just across the road which is perfect for unloading. Don't be put off by the entrance into the apartment block, Seagulls loft is really superb. In the morning the Seagulls certainly wake you up and what better way to remind you that you're staying right by the sea!!!

The apartment and the location were perfect. Waking up with a sea view gives a real holiday feel. Easy and speedy communication with the host.

When entering the entire building with its six (or so) flats, was uninspiring maybe even a bit rundown, but it did not matter as the flat was excellent.

A nice well kept modern apartment with lovely sea views right in the middle of town. Great communication from the hosts would definitely recommend seagulls loft.

Cant really say there was anything i didnt like about this place but quite a lot of stairs to climb so not for the elderly or people who struggle with steps but being so high up in the building adds to the fantastic view.

The location of the apartment and view of the sea were great and the beautiful sunsets from the window were wonderful. The apartment was very clean and modern and extremely comfortable. Everything was even better than the photographs showed on the advert. It was less than 2 minutes to walk to the harbour and beaches.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped. Sheila the host responded to our questions promptly and was very helpful. There are quite a lot of steps, it's on the top floor but this wasn't an issue for us. We did some cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Sea view from the window.

Got woke up by noisy seagulls every morning, but what can you do hahaha! This is the seaside!! No one is to blame. Maybe bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Maybe that's why it's called Seagulls apartment!

Newly renovated, clean, comfortable, lovely apartment, with everything you need and lovely view of the sea. Located near ilfracombe harbour and central to visit other lovely places in Devon. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It is top floor, so a lot of stairs to climb but the trade off is a great view! Car parking can be quite difficult but if you park in the harbour car parks, preferably ropers, a 3 minute walk and use RingGo you can update online. Had problems with internet. Constructive criticism: would be nice to have full length mirror in bathroom.

The apartment door really could do with a D type handle to close the door, the current way of closing us a real finger trapper.

We love this property. It's our second time of visiting. It's light and airy, prettily decorated and quite roomy for 2. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all only a short walk away.

We loved it all :)
