Amazing views, comfortable accommodation and the owners were very helpful. The attention to detail was great and everything we could need for a fantastic stay. Absolutely will be recommending the kite.

Everything about this property was perfect . very clean, spacious & comfortable .
My only criticism would be , it just needs one more chair in the living area . This is just my option but L shape sofas are a waste of a seat .

Lovely and well maintained property set on the outskirts of Ilfracombe but easily walkable to the main areas.
The Kite has all the amenities required for a week away with family.

Great hosts who live in the next door property, so on-hand if you need anything. Welcome pack was an added value we really liked but hadn't expected.

It was self catering. We cooked our own breakfast as the kitchen was well equipped with all the crockery, etc.
Host was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Instructions in the property was very clear and lots of information was provided for us to visit various location. When we could not operate an appliance the host came round to show us. Property was amazing. Will visit again.

The property was excellent, clean, modern, with all we needed for our stay and very comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival was most appreciated for a coffee, after a long motorway journey and the rest of the welcome package was the best we have encountered on our travels.
Very satisfied with our stay and no negatives that were a problem for us. Just to note it is at the top of a hill and anyone with mobility issues may find it awkward as it is steps up to the property but you do get a lovely view across Ilfracombe.

Well thought out, beautifully decorated and very clean. The welcome basket was a lovely touch after a long drive. The scenery was lovely and the amenities plentiful. Very comfy beds and very peaceful. We will definitely return. The hosts were both really welcoming and were there if needed with helpful ideas of where to go if you have not been before. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

This property was the best we have ever stayed in. It was modern, immaculately clean, comfy and had amazing views. It was amazing.
Jane and Noel are perfect hosts, on hand with advice and really looked after us. Really appreciated the procecco and scones on arrival, how lovely is that!

We loved everything about the Kite. Jane and Noel were there to meet us on arrival. Even though we arrived late they were full of smiles and were wonderful hosts throughout. The arrival hamper was a lovely welcoming touch, the views are stunning, and the setting is magical, especially at night. Every attention to detail has been thought of and we had a wonderful stay at the Kite. It's a special place and we're looking forward to booking again for next year. Our family loved it!

New property well designed and equipped. Superb view and peaceful location. Hosts had added some welcoming touches and were on hand to offer suggestions of where to visit and to eat. Great location to explore North Devon and Exmoor.

The Kite is a stunning new build and finished to a high standard. Jane and Noel are fantastic hosts giving us lots of local info and recommendations on places to visit. Its location is approx 10 min walk to Ilfracombe town centre and harbour all overlooked by beautiful statue Verity. Taxis are plentiful and reasonable if you prefer not to walk back. We loved our stay here and will definitely rebook. Dont forget your clubs if you are a golfer and book a round at Ilfracombe Golf Course which also has stunning sea views.
There was nothing to dislike.

Great views, perfect location to explore this town! Ilfracombe golf club is a must to visit if you are in to golf. We will be returning again
