it’s near the shopping area and all night activities but we didn’t use this condo as it’s not in the main building and it doesn’t have beach ? so calling it beach is not suit to it

Location was great, property was clean, and the staff were very accommodating.

The bathrooms had distinct sewer like smell. It helps with keep the door closed, but the door knob going into the master's bathroom was broken. If we had closed that door, we would not be able to go in the bathroom.

Just the location

Unit is old and appliances are old. Stove is rusty. Bed and linens are itchy. Worse condotel we have stayed.

The place and the location is perfect.

The day we checked in we have a problem with wifi connection. We worked remotely so we are desperate for it. The LTE signal was also really slow. But we appreciate the owner for offering us the other unit with a working wifi though we did not use. The next day it was fixed and it was great and decided to extend one day but moved to another unit as the one we occupied was previously booked.

Location, roo. Size.

Bathroom water was non-existent. It was either too hot or cold or no pressure. No cooking pots in the kitchen. Only one pot and one pan.

The condo is close to some shops and restaurants. Plenty of taxis, so getting around is easy

The bathroom is dangerous. Not recommended for anyone elderly. Tiles are slippery and the bath wall is too high and the bath is slippery with no handholds. The condo isnt well maintained and starting to look a bit shabby. The front door isnt fitted well and can be difficult to open and lock. The actual building is poorly marked and although a message was sent to assist us, it arrived only after we had. The internet is very poor. Its around 40 Mb/s download and 7 Mb/s upload, but downtime is over 70%, so impossible to maintain log in to internet banking etc. Take your own films / videos as there is no real cable TV only some connection to pay per view channels and some You Tube. The beach / sea is quite a distance and you have to get a special pass to enter. There is no 'dish washer' as advertised.

We had excellent communication with the host. They made sure that we were comfortable and that we didn't encounter issues when we were at the place. The unit was well maintained and very clean. If we are allowed to choose a unit on our next visit, we will definitely request for that same unit.
