Cabin was perfect for me and my kiddo for overnight

Did not stay because it was so dirty. I messaged booking customer service days ago to verify cancellation and refund and haven’t heard a response…. UPDATE 2/2/24 Office gal tried to assist me in refund, booking.com and owner kept giving me the runaround. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND. Motel is absolutely disgusting. Towel racks broken, floor dingy with visible dirt and hair, "kitchen" was filthy, and overall unkempt, rundown room. We feared catching a disease so left and was told the room would be cancelled and refunded. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND AND WAS TOLD IF IT'S ANY CONSOLATION I CAN LEAVE A PROPERTY REVIEW! Yes leaving a review is just like having my hard earned money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER USE PRICELINE.COM OR BOOKING.COM AGAIN. What a joke!! DO NOT STAY AT THE ROUNDTOP MOUNTAIN VISTA AS THEIR HYGIENCE LEVEL IS REPULSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything worked and it was nicely decorated. It was nice and warm.

The cabin was frozen when we got in, they did not stock toiletries there beds are horrible it's amazing the place hasent burned down due to schety electrical work, wall plugs hanging down a cheep dollar tree extension cord to power a old hot plate doesn't look like the owner cares

the outside of the cabin was cute.

the kitchen had a small coke refrigerator which was fine but was plug in to one of the many extension cords. the shower ran all night. when you showered you stood in at least 3 or 4 inches of water, and it was not a tub. I put a towel on the base of shower because it looked a little gross. the toilet rocked both ways when you sat on it. the stove was a cook top only, placed on a cabinet door from an old cabinet that also plugged in to the extension cords. there was no working tv, no WiFi, no outlet in the bathroom. had to blow dry hair by the stove top. The faucet in bathroom was at least a foot tall so when you turned it on it squirted you and everything around it. there was a printed sign to tell you how to turn it on so you wouldn’t get wet. The entry door which opened to outside only had a push button lock, so there was no deadbolt or anyway to make it more secure. I thought a 7.6 rating meant the place would be at least finished but it was not. tile work was left half finished. I don’t know that I will be using booking anymore. I didn’t think you had a place this bad on your sight and don’t feel as though I can trust you. there was an emergency number to call in the night but I don’t believe a non working tv or any of the other items would be considered an emergency.
