Clean and comfortable!

2 blocks from Hot Springs State Park! Staff watched our 2 dogs for four hours while we went to the dinosaur museum. I like this style of motel with the room doors outside 👍

My husband stayed while attending a conference....said it was comfortable and affordable.

The young man working was helpful and pleasant the other people in the hotel were loud not much you can do the room was clean but the bathroom door had holes in it ok place for one night because of road closures

At first glance we weren’t sure how this was going to work out, but SO glad we stayed here! It is an older facility, but a work in progress on updating. Very clean and cozy room. A nice warm heater and hot shower. Feels homey like staying with family. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

This place is excellent for fishermen. Don't even think about bringing your wives...

An old fashioned hotel with modern amenities. comfortable bed, relaxing and quiet place to stay.

It was surprisingly clean and comfortable for a lesser priced hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Lousy coffee but there is a McDonalds in town. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The property manager was very helpful and made our stay great. We will stay there again.

Really disappointing, compared with other places we’ve stayed. Carpet was stained, bathtub was dirty, and there were no available electrical outlets for recharging phones, etc. Seemed to be a sideline of company providing fishing equipment and excursions - so might be acceptable for those interested in fishing. We weren’t.

This was a modern motel- in 1950. The carpet was dirty and wrinkled. There was an upholstered bench with a big stain. A hole in the bathroom ceiling where a fan should have been. Seemed the owner did just enough to take advantage of the tourists, using the online booking sites.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms we disappointing. While linens were fresh and clean the floors were quite dirty. Our room door was tricky to get to stay shut and has an old hole in it from a replaced dead bolt. Didn't feel very secure. New toilet and sink in bathroom were nice and clean but the show floor and sides had soap scum and hard water. Yuck. Flooring is way to old and not clean. Bathroom fan was missing leaving an old dirty hole in the seizing.

Clean and comfortable bed. There is microwave and coffee pot. No refrigerator. Close to the fairgrounds and hot springs.

Loved the colors in our room!

TV, bed, air conditioning was good. Bathroom fixtures were clean but very disappointed about the rest of condition in room. Needed a good deep cleaning, including carpet cleaning, dusting, fixing holes in ceiling and wall, and bathroom needed a desperate paint job. Things that could easily been fixed with little cost.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, he told us about a festival and a few things to check out while we were in town that we didn't know about. Taco John's is right there in the parking lot, or a quick walk across the road there is an amazing ice cream shop where you can get a burger and a sundae, or a pizza place that was packed when we arrived but worth the wait.

Decent nights stay at this motel. The room was large and accomodating, as well as the bathroom. What we hated the most was the full/queen size bed. You could tell it was an older mattress and bent in the middle, so we slept like 2 people rolled in a taco all night; quite uncomfortable.

Great little motel. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly. However, the heater in our room didn’t work well, so we spent a very cold night there.

The room was good for one night's stay, but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Location was decent for small town. Nice are to walk dogs.
