Comfortable clean spacious . Well worth a stay !!

Perfect location and extremely comforta le and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. The many little extras in the kitchen were just like opening a drawer at home. We needed a place for our son's wedding near Launceston and this beautiful home ticked all of the boxes. Thank you to June and Gill. We hope to use this home again in the future.

A great property not far from the centre of Launceston. House was spotlessly clean and there was great communication from the owner. Quite a bit of road noise in the front bedrooms but it would not stop us from staying again the next time we are in Launceston. Thankyou.

A lovely comfortable and very clean house with well kept lawn and gardens. Bedrooms a quite large, nice comfortable sitting areas and well stocked kitchen. Both bathrooms are a nice size, neither are ensuites, but are close to bedrooms. The laundry with washing machine and dryer were housed in small separate building at the back of the house but we didn't find this a problem. Found it relaxing watching the birds playing around in the backyard. There is a small amount of traffic noise in peak periods, but wasn't enough to disturb us. Recommend this house and the host June who was very helpful and responded to emails in a very timely manner.

It was a beautifully presented home that had everything that we needed for our weekend stay in Launceston. Loved the extra warmth of the heater on, upon our arrival - much appreciated.

This property was beautiful, heaps bigger than I thought, in a great location for what we wanted. I didn't want to leave. It has everything you need. Great communication with June, Highly recommend to stay here. I will definitely re book if I get back to Tasmania.

Perfect spot, perfect house and great price

The lovely old house was very well appointed, had plenty of space inside and comfortable furnishings. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of light made the property very pleasant. A driveway made off-street parking easier as the street is a busy thoroughfare, although overgrown Lavender made access trickier. Our only concern was that cleaning was a little short of the mark in places.

We stayed for weekend for kids sports. Great location and a lovely well appointed house. A little noisy on the main road at night but couldn't fault the amenities in the house.

We immediately felt comfortable from the moment we opened the front door. This home has been tastefully renovated and would give anyone staying here plenty of options as there are numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, and seating options including a glorious sunroom and kitchen overlooking the back yard. The house was easily accessible with plenty of room for parking and the outside laundry had all the facilities you would require, including an extra toilet next door. The heating worked very well, we had great TV reception and wifi, the kitchen was well stocked with any extras....it really felt like our holiday home. We definitely would book here again and thank the hosts June and Gil for their generosity.

This is a beautiful property, with many modern conveniences, including incredible bathrooms, in addition to vintage and antique touches and period features and furniture. The couches are incredibly comfortable, as are the beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying in the place. Everything was provided that we could possibly need. So much care has gone into restoring this lovely house.
