The room was spacious with a queen bed and queen sofa bed. Great stay for a small family. Nice lookout with water views. Could be cleaner in some areas which collect dust and carpet. Overall, good location and spacious room.

Our second stay for me and my daughter perfect size and location for us. Clean on arrival and well equipped easy booking and arrival and check out process. Definitely want to stay again.

A great stay.
The location is perfect, and the view was lovely.
Kids enjoyed the rooftop spa and pool.
The unit was a little tired. The dining chairs need replacing (currently using outdoor furniture) and the couch is pretty old. But it was well priced and I appreciated the washer and dryer.

My friend and I enjoyed our weekend stay. Great location to walk to everything we needed. Enjoyed the Coast to Lake walk.

My friends enjoyed our stay and locality and nearness to shops and restaurants including open air ones. The apartment was very clean pleasant and good provision of bed linen and towels as well as doonas needed despite warm weather, much warmer than the Southern Highlands!
The pool and spa were also indulged in by us.
We did have to travel quite a detour to pick up the key but it was handed over to the same lady on the morning of our departure on the premises.

Fantastic short stay at what seems to be a former resort, which still has the best hotel pool I've used and the kids loved it even more. Right in the center of town as well. This room was very clean and well presented and perfect for a quick getaway.

Great view of the lake, wonderful heated pool. My kids loved swimming all day.
Close to cafes and the beach. Plenty of lunch and dinner options downstairs.

The only thing that we didn’t like that the keys stopped working for 2days and the owner said there isn’t anything he can do he tried talking to the oaks office but there isn’t any help every time my kids wants to go for a walk or swimming or anything down stairs we had to ask people around us and the oaks workers it was very annoying we couldn’t even open our own hotel room with out a oaks hotel worker but other then this problem it was all good but that problem was a big problem for 2days getting around and getting to the hotel room

Great location for a family trip. The pool and facilities were a big hit with the kids and the fact the pool was warm was a big win in the rainy weather we had. Room was neat and tidy, communication was excellent. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location. Great little apartment, absolutely loved our stay & the view from the apartment! You take the lift downstairs and you’re right in amongst the shops and entertainment! Would love to stay again! 😊

Everything was as we expected. Only real concern was a shower bath as we are 70+ and worry about falls. Not sure this can be addressed but perhaps more prominent in description of facilities.

Great communicaton from the owner and the apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The kids loved the pool and spa and although the weather wasn't the best they still went in everyday. There are some lovely cafes and restaurants close by so eating out is easy. Will definitely be back.
