The location of this property is excellent although parking was difficult, we did eventually get parked right outside the property. Tea, coffee, sugar and, breakfast cereals provided although the coffee packet was left opened, so had hardened.
The wifi didn't work which was a bit inconvenient.

It was clean, perfect for 2 couples to stay as we had a wedding early the following morning. Location was great and close to everything.

Staircase was very narrow. Also having to go up and down narrow steps to cross to the bathroom. OK so long as you don’t need the loo in the night!

This house was perfect and everything we needed. Four of us stayed here to attend a family members party in poulton. Perfect location. Close to everything. Having the Little extras like cereal,milk, eggs, bread etc was a lovely touch. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Location excellent, close enough to many bars, restaurants, shops etc but not noisy. Particularly liked proximity to Supermarkets for supplies. We found parking easy and free, got parked almost outside the door. Small courtyard at the back caught the sun. Have family in Poulton and have previously stayed in hotels when we have visited but all are a drive away so this was a much more enjoyable stay being within walking distance of everything. The property was ideal with plenty of space for the 2 of us. Nick responded promptly to a query we had. The welcome pack was much appreciated.
The stairs were ok for us but probably wouldn’t be suitable for someone elderly. My partner would have liked a blind in the bathroom as, although it probably wasn’t overlooked, she wasn’t comfortable showering in front of the window which was only partially covered with a privacy film.

The property was perfect everything we needed right there including parking the breakfast offered in the property was great .The townhouse was lovely decorated and very clean beds were comfy .. yes I would definitely stay there again right in the centre of town walked everywhere and enjoyed every minute .. Thank you for a lovely stay which I might say was very reasonably priced 😊

If you want to be close to the amenities in Poulton the house is perfect. We were very lucky with the parking, had no problems parking outside the house for the whole duration.
The house needs some TLC. I did communicate this with the owner and he was very polite and accommodating and kindly made a nice gesture.

In the centre of the fun. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs the home was clean and comfy. Milk bread and some eggs left for us, other supplies slso found in the cupboards re tea. Aldi literally around the corner. I would stay there again. Good value for money.
The house was a bit tired looking could do with a fresh lick of paint in places. Not enough seatimg for 4 people if you wanted more to stay. No wardrobe in front large bedroom, there is room for one in the alcove. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though,

A true deep dive into every aspect of the house.
It is basically a shell to stay in. It’s not homely or inviting. Less than basics. Considering there is the bare minimum in there the upkeep should be better maintained. Walls had holes, need plastering, needs repainting, carpets were grim. Heating only comes on at certain times meaning it could be really cold, although when it came on the small bedroom was way too hot. Garden wasn’t kept well enough to sit in. It was dusty, damp in various places and all work looked like it had been done unprofessionally. It was mentioned that they provide milk, cereal, bread, butter, condiments, however there was no milk or bread, butter that had been opened use and left there for who knows how long, same as the cereal. You would think they would provide small individual items like hotels would. Both toilets didn’t flush very well and the seats were uncomfortable. Towels were small. Left tap in the bathroom sink wasn’t secured.

the central heating was constantly on and couldn’t be turned off or turned down., it was very uncomfortable and both of us had a terrible night sleep

The house was extremely clean and warm. Everything was catered for including breakfast which although we didn't use anything, was a very nice touch. As we were visiting family we did not have time to explore Poulton itself but we could see that the property was centrally located and it would have been a very short walk to restaurants etc, of which it seemed there were plenty. Despite being situated next to the road we did not find the location noisy.
Check In was incredibly easy. We had a long drive so it was nice to get straight in. Communication was great from the owner.
We didn't manage to park near the property until just as we were leaving on the last day. Yes there's a car park opposite however you have to be quick as they fine you after 9am. We're just waiting to receive our parking fine from the first morning when we didn't make it out in time. Our fault entirely, but a headache nonetheless.
Our daughters both refused to take a shower as the privacy panel does not cover the whole window in the bathroom. I am sure that the bathroom window is not visible from the Aldi car park however I would suggest completely covering it if possible.
It was a shame about the holes in the wall in the living room. Was there a tv there once? We didn't use this room at all and all sat in the open plan area however there's not enough comfy seats to all watch tv.
All of the above are just small niggles. I travel to the area many times a year to see family and would definitely stay here again.

I kind of had a hiccup in my work schedule. And ended up with a spare 3 hours on my hands. So checked in with Nick and all was good to go.. life saver.. would use again..x

Location was good.
We were very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in the kitchen. Toaster and dishwasher were dirty. We decided not to prepare a meal there and went to a local cafe.

2 small suggestions
1. It’s been extremely hot weather, really needed a fan in the back bedroom, it was stifling 🥵
Although hanger’s are provided …the space, 4ft between the hanging rail & shelf below is only ok shirts & skirts, I couldn’t hang my dresses.
Right in the village. Very clean. Loved that we could sit in the garden for breakfast.
Would definitely stay again!!

House was spotless and comfortable. Key collection details sent well in advance. Appears to have been renovated relatively recently. Thoughtful to provide cereal etc.
Limited parking immediately outside(first come first served so have to be lucky), but for overnight, there is free parking opposite, so not really an issue.
