Very friendly front of house and the place is lovely and clean. Gated access so very safe over night parking. Lovely to see and hear the peacocks too.

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Having access to a communal fridge was helpful.
I didn’t have a good night’s sleep due to the noise of the peacocks outside my bedroom window.
Bathroom was extremely small and the shower had very little power to it.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds were immaculate and the location was ideal for quickly accessing the A34.
