Stunning Penthouse with views of the London Eye - 2BR, 2BR
C'est un magnifique appartement plein de lumière naturelle avec des fenêtres du sol au plafond dans chaque pièce.
Situé au dernier étage de ce petit développement, vous bénéficiez d'une vue sur le London Eye depuis la cuisine et le salon et sur le Shard depuis les chambres. Toutes les chambres sont en retrait de la rue et sont donc calmes.
Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes et 2 chambres - une avec un lit super king et assure une salle de bain principale avec beaucoup d'espace pour les bagages et une deuxième chambre avec lit double, bureau et armoire.
Il y a une salle de bain familiale qui se trouve dans le couloir à côté de la deuxième chambre. Les deux salles de bains ont une baignoire et une douche sur pied ainsi qu'un lavabo et des toilettes. Une 5ème personne peut être hébergée sur un lit gonflable dans la chambre principale ou sur le canapé en L (veuillez noter qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un canapé-lit mais suffisamment grand pour un homme adulte).
La cuisine est bien équipée pour les clients à long terme avec des sièges pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.
Il y a un grand piano électrique pour bébé ainsi qu'une salle de télévision séparée avec un grand canapé en L pour se détendre le soir.
De plus, l'appartement dispose du WiFi, d'une laveuse / sécheuse et de la climatisation pour les mois d'été!
Veuillez noter qu'un hôtel est en cours de construction à l'arrière du bâtiment. Les travaux ont commencé et se poursuivront jusqu'à la fin de 2021. Cela n'affecte pas la vue du London Eye.

We’ve been tracking this flat for over a year and finally had a chance to stay in it for 12 days. Upon entering you’re greeted by a lot of natural lighting, and a clean and beautiful flat. There was plenty of room for two adults and two young adult children. Compliments to the owner for providing a stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery, dishes, glasses, utensils, and etc. There’s a pair of umbrellas, lots of shopping bags, electric adapters, and power strips. The building is quiet and we only encountered two other people in the building during our stay. The washer and dryer saved us from traveling with too many clothes.
The surrounding Waterloo neighborhood was safe day and night with a large selection of dining within a five to ten minute walk (Meson Don Felipe, Rosa’s Thai, Spice of India, Crust Bros Pizza, Maries Thai Café, Roti King, and Masters Superfish). The small local Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s are fine for last minute items, but we enjoyed shopping at the large Sainsbury’s near the Elephant & Castle tube.
Consider getting an e-SIMs for your phone and downloading WhatsApp before arriving. Add the Citymapper App with the London map and you’ll be navigating like a local.
We would definitely stay here again.

There were 3 of us in this apartment. The location was great. Walking distance to several historic locations, fun local restaurants, and both train & tube locations. Plenty of space & having a live person welcome us was a great touch!

We had a great stay. The property is so comfortable and accommodated our family of four adults perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a wonderful corner market just a half a block away.-very convenient. The flat is walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner as well as walkable to the London eye and everything on the Thames. Also about a 30 minute walk along the river to Borough market. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and the surrounding area.The property management is very accommodating and prompt with emails. And super kind! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This top floor apartment with a beautiful view of the London Eye is extraordinary. Well equipped and beautifully furnished. Hannah, the host, is extremely responsive and accommodating. The location is ideal - walk to all attractions on both sides of the Thames. We had a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our experience. Hannah was amazing to work with. She was incredibly accommodating to our needs upon arriving early. Our return flight got delayed and she quickly worked with us to accommodate our luggage prior to heading to the airport.
The location was perfect... we got the feel of being in a local setting, close to the undergroundand walking distance of many of our plans. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in London!

Two grandparents with our grandson loved this apartment AND it’s location! Air conditioning, washer and dryer, full kitchen with two full bedrooms and baths. Enjoyed my soak in the tub and mornings looking out with our coffee and tea at the London Eye. Plenty of great restaurants and half a block from the Old Vic and the New! Loved it!

This two BR two BA flat in Southbank area was perfect for our needs. There was a full kitchen including stovetop, microwave and oven which we used for breakfast and couple of dinners. The separate washer and dryer units made our packing lighter as we were able to do several loads. Wi-Fi was fast. She has plenty of British adapters in case you need for outlets. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants. Transportation to rest of London was easy through connections at Waterloo or Southwark stations at the tube. Would love to stay here again! Thanks, Hannah.

Especially the view of the fireworks on New Year's Eve was awesome.

Great property to stay at, penthouse 2 bed 2 bath with views of Southwark and the London Eye. Love the location, 5 min to Waterloo, 2 min to Southwark tube, 10-15 min walk to Tate Modern, London Eye or Borough Market. Host is easy to work with and property is well equipped. Have stayed on multiple occasions.

The flat was a 6-minute walk to Waterloo Station and there were numerous, excellent, neighborhood restaurants to eat at. The flat was very nice, with a beautiful view of the rooftops, London Eye, and sunset. It was perfect for our needs: My husband, daughter and I shared two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we rarely used it because we were out during the day and tried so many local restaurants at night.
My only issues with the flat were that there were no instructions available and the master bedroom mattress was exceptionally firm. I ended up sleeping on the living-room couch, which was much more comfortable. That said, I would stay in the same flat if we returned to London.

This was an awesome rental on all levels. Hannah has made this a home away from home. The flat itself has everything you would want including comfortable beds. The location is in a great area. It is close to two tube lines and many things are easy to walk to. There are lot of good restaurants in the area.

I can’t say enough about how perfect this flat is. The ease of transportation, 5 minute walk from the 2 closest train/metro stations. Short walk to bus stops (going to plays took about 15 minutes). Both bedrooms and bathrooms are great (air conditioning was very welcome do to heat wave in London).
Restaurants are a few steps away on the busy The Cut, but was very quite in the apartment. Found great fish and chip place 4 minutes walk near the Hampton Inn.
We had a wonderful trip exploring London for 10 days with several day trips to other locations. Went to Sussex to see the Seven Sister’s (one of the white cliffs in southern England) and day trip to Bath with walking tour.
My favorite memory will be the wonderful, friendly people of England.
Hannah was very prompt in answering any questions.
If you need a taxi all you need to do is walk over to the taxi stand at Waterloo.

The view was amazing. The flat was spacious and comfortable. We were right next to 2 tube stations and the neighborhood was full of shops and pubs as well. Definitely recommend!!!

Apartment had a great view of the London Eye. Spacious rooms, fully outfitted kitchen and nice bathrooms. Property is clean and modern, albeit showing a little wear from the years gone by. Smooth process for checking in / out - everything worked as described. Timely communication from the property manager too.

I could not travel due to the traveling restrictions, and I needed to find a place like home for myself and my teenagers’ children for two weeks. The appartement was perfect, very well organized, clean, and bright. Very well located, two metro station a small supermarket, a lot of restaurants are near by. The communication with the manager was fast and efficient.
We had spent a lovely time there and hope to be able to rent this property again.

Beautiful flat and location!
What a lovely spot. Great location- we walked or took the tube which was very close. The view is amazing - looking over the tops of the houses and at the Eye every night as it lit up! Comfortable and everything you could need. Shops close by for groceries and fantastic restaurants and pubs - Turkish and Spanish food on the same block as the flat.

London bliss and Harry Potter magic
The flat was absolutely perfect for our girls trip to London to enjoy the sights and visit the Warner Brothers studios. We could walk to all of the famous sights, or take a train to others, and then come back to relax at a place that felt like home. Thanks to Hannah for managing our flight delay in stride, giving us great tips, and answering our silly questions. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!!!

Very enjoyable stay
The apartment truly had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The view was amazing and it was great to be a tube ride away from everything. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from simple to elaborate cooking. The beds were comfortable and it was really nice to have two full baths to get ready in the mornings. Communication with the manager was easy and quick. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area too. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Perfect place for London
Our family of four - 2 adults and 2 teenagers - stayed very comfortably in this apartment. The location was central to all of the main sights and the neighborhood has lots to offer. The apartment was well appointed and suited all of our needs. The view from the balcony is amazing! Hannah answered all our questions promptly and made sure we were met when we checked in. That was great because we were able to acclimate to the apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Great appartment with a view on the London eye!
Astonishing appartment with a great view from the terrace and the window door. Spacious and very clean. We arrived in London during a heatwave, so we really enjoyed the air conditioning!!! Also, we had to change our hour of arrival and the landlord has been very accommodating. Therefore, we recommend this appartment without any doupts.
