This rental was beautiful, modern, and clean. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it. The only piece of feedback I have is that we needed a fan. We were only there for two nights, so didn’t ask the host, but I’m sure if we did it would have been supplied. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

The house was in a great location for beautiful views. The interior was very clean and the kitchen had everything you might need for any kind of cooking. Every room felt very spacious as well and our stay was very enjoyable.

Four of us travelled to the Isle of Skye and we LOVED this accommodation... stunning... clean... incredible views... peaceful... incredible layout... ideal for great friends to come together and be genuinely happy.

Beautiful accommodation, modern, clean,well kitted out, kitchen seemed to have loads of cooking items, we.disnt cook too much! Bedrooms spacious and VERY comfortable beds in every room. Showers/bathrooms also Beautiful and plenty of hot water for everyone!

Loved this house. What a lovely property as tidy as tidy could be. Lovely inside and out. Triple pane windows and architecture made the house nearly silent. New, fresh, modern but with a stunning view of the ancient coast and islands. Would stay again for a moth. Property manager/owner was very responsive before and during the stay, This is a premium property and a very quiet corner for the Island. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

This our second trip to Scotland and we really enjoy this location and letting service . We will definitely stay again! Just beautiful .

The property has been coverted to a high/luxurious standard and provided an ideal base to explore Skye from and a delightful prospect to return to.

Stayed at Halistra in March 2023, incredibly comfortable and well maintained property. Well equipped and wonderfully looked after. Highly recommend.

Efficient and easy

Great house and a great location.

It is difficult to put in to words how fabulous this house was, it felt like home. On arrival the external appearance fills you with confidence that inside is going to be good. It does not prepare you for how good it is going to be. The facilities and specification in this home is high and is well thought out, The detail in planning of layout of each room and it’s use is really impressive. The views are wonderful and fill your heart and feed your soul. Everything is just so easy to use and the standards of cleanliness was really remarkable. The seating just invited you to relax and the beds assured great night sleep. The tablet which provided information of the house, surrounding areas, where to eat and paces to visit was genius idea. Does away with those horrid folders crammed with leaflets you don’t want to touch. We had dreadful weather and this house just welcomed you home. I have been holidaying for many years in the UK and many many times in Skye; this house is the best I have experienced. It really is special. One word, outstanding

It’s my second visit with family to Isle of Skye. It is well worth the drive to this property as the views are absolutely stunning. The property was new and had every modern feature available. Great communication with the host and manager as well.

We had a wonderfully, relaxing time in this home. It's off the beaten track which meant a farther drive, but it was well worth the serenity and seclusion of this beautiful home. From the moment you walk in, you'll be at peace with the tranquil views and sleek, modern home. My family of 6 felt at home throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our Scotland trip!

The first thing my friends from the US said when we got in was, “can we just cancel the rest of the holiday and stay here instead!” Every detail was carefully looked into. Even during bad weather , we loved lounging and having conversation over a glass of wine, whilst taking in the painterly scenery. Ben has been very helpful and responsive during the booking as well. The house was amazing, the views even better. The property was clean, modern...the layout was ideal for our group of friends, with great downstairs gathering places, and the bedrooms were spacious and had great views as well. This property was the nicest we stayed in during our 12 day trek in Scotland - highly recommend!!!!

The house is great, although further away on the island, the views make up for everything. Some recommendations for the bedrooms and kitchen can be shared differently.

Beautifully appointed cottage with everything you need and more to enjoy a holiday on Skye. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Comfortable and bright even on a dreary day. High end appliances and a real washer and dryer! By far one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this gorgeous property. It s exactly as it appears in the photos on the website and is the most well-stocked rental home we have ever stayed in, including towels, cleaning products and even lovely scented bath products. Our experience with the rental manager was also excellent- very high quality service and responsive to every request. We asked for a barbecue and they not only ensured one was provided they also provided the materials to light it. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants quality and comfort for their stay on the Isle of Skye.

Me and my husband booked this for our honeymoon as we’ve always wanted to visit Skye, and this accommodation did not disappoint. Absolutely beautiful inside and the views from open plan living space were just fantastic. It is immaculately furnished and so clean. Location wise, we loved it as the Loch Bay restaurant and Stein inn were very close by and not far to drive to Dunvegan Castle and Portree for a little look around. we’ll definitely be booking again.

A wonderful house, immaculate and very well equipped. Very comfy and we will be back! Fantastic location and great pub, the Stein Inn. Dunvegan Castle and Gardens are superb!

We loved our stay at this property. The views & sunsets were out of this world. Property itself had fantastic views from every window. Great facilities & fittings. So close to incredible walks and nature. We would happily have stayed longer and would love to return.
