The location was nice for my perpose

It has everything we needed.
The towels are old and the place doesn't smell fresh. The owners should be more professional in their communication.

Firstly my booking was moved for the second time to Mapungubwe Hotel the day after my booking and when asked why every time I booked this happens the first host/helper told me that 84 on Marshall is fully booked then I was later told that since covid 19 the 84 has not been functional and because they getting more bookings from 84 on Marshall they can't remove it. So all bookings at 84 are moved to Mapungubwe and when they move your booking, the apartment they move you to does not meet the facilities as per apartment you booked (false advertising). The apartment had no electricity when i checked in, the helper left the linen laundry in the washing machine for who to take care of I don't know, the basin was not releasing the water(was fixed at 22:10 during my stay), there were no pots to cook( had to call host to get the pots and remote) and the host was not sure if the stove was working or not until I checked, not enough kitchenware, no remote for the TV(new remote delivered around 8pm by manager cause he was coming from work). The couch was broken and to top it all the was 3 loadshedding during my stay with no backup and that led me to not finish my laundry in time and I just saw an email stating I have been refunded (without my request) with the reason 'NO SHOW'
I realised that the apartments they managed had insufficient kitchenware cause the following day the helper came to ask the pots and iron for other guests and they don't have a handy man(basin and couch was reported by helper a couple of days before but was only fixed when I was there) . I realised that they quick to accept bookings and payments but can't deliver what they say they provide on the booking platform.

The room is separate from the living room and kitchen.
The couch was comfortable but material and gets dirty easily. There was no portable hanging rack for any clothes washed as a result the towels used were damp.

nothing as we where told by whatsapp that we were booked at another place and not the original 58@Marshall totally disgusting and unproffessional
there was nobody to assist the whole two days and on arrival I had to spend nearly 35 minutes trying to unlock the door and there was no reception nothing. the security officer searched around for contact details of the management staff who did bother to call us. we could operate the tv and spent two days of no television

The location in the CBD is nice. I liked the size of the room and the comfy bed.

The checking out time is too early . I wanted to stay a bit more buh I had to be out at 10am . But I really enjoyed being there .
