Superbe maison d'hôtes située à 3 pâtés de maisons à l'ouest du Capitole de l'État, elle dispose de 2 chambres et d'une salle de bains sur un plan d'étage ouvert. Very clean. Very close to UAMS (where we were going), so super convenient. If you have an EV, there is a charger there. Excellent all-around.

My parents and I were in town for a family wedding. This home was close to all festivities and gave us someplace to relax (and spread out) in between wedding weekend events. I’m a bit of a clean freak and brought my own Clorox wipes “just in case” but didn’t have to use them! If I ever find myself in Little Rock; I will definitely stay again.

This home is in a great location, easy to get on and off of the interstate and get to downtown. The home is VERY clean and well maintained. We will keep this one on my list of homes to return to in the future.

Beautiful inside with nice bedrooms, big 2 sink bathroom, Large open Kitchen-living room with plenty of seating.
It is located in a busy downtown area which makes it convenient for downtown activities.
It is relatively quiet inside and the side yard is beautiful and inviting.
The host, Ruth, was very accommodating.

This little guest house is adorable. We loved the space! Nice little common living room and kitchen area. Nice outdoor spots to hang out.
We loved the gate that closed our car in at night. It made us feel very secure.
We did have trouble getting on WiFi, but already booked our next Little Rock trip for August. We will stay here again and get the WiFi situation solved.

We had a short weekend stay in Little Rock for our nieces college graduation. Looking for a small home with a backyard for our toddler, this unique home was perfect for our family. The area was quiet and relaxing. We appreciated the private gate and driveway. The backyard area was very inviting with the mural on the side of the house and quaint waterfall. The greenery was outstanding around the home. The two bedroom, one bath home was spacious enough for our family. The wine was an extra plus to have the availability to purchase. Thank you Ruth for your prompt responses to my messages. We appreciate your beautiful home.

Had a nice stay in the heart of Little Rock. Did some cycling on the Arkansas River Trail and walked over to the Capital. The host is very responsive to any needs. We were low on dishwasher soap and it appeared outside our door within an hour. I love the gardens and water feature.

It was the perfect little place for our weekend in Little Rock. The courtyard was a wonderful place to sit by the fountain and enjoy the sunshine. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

My husband, son and I came to town for a concert. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Safe location, cute, very well stocked guest house, comfortable beds, easy check in process and comfortable beds. In the morning we walked to Capital Bistro for a delicious breakfast. We were also only a few blocks from the concert venue, The Hall.

The overall property appeared to be nice. However, the property owner violated the VRBO policy and our privacy by having cameras inside and outside th epropery. At the time of reserving the property, there was nothing in the ad that stated that there were surveillance camera.
VRBO policy is that inside camera are not allowed and any outside cameras must be fully disclosed in the ad.
We reserved this property in April 2020. The owner was really rude and would no return phone calls or text messages.

Great little guest house close to interstate and Capitol and children’s hospital. Myself, wife and kids enjoyed staying here. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but we had no issues at all. Felt very safe on the property. Very comfortable beds. Very nice, updated and modern. Very clean. 10/10 recommend for a Little Rock stay.

We used to live in LR for about 5 years but since having kids we haven’t made the trip. This is probably the most all inclusive rental property we’ve ever stayed in- it had everything! Very helpful when traveling with 2 kids under age 5. My daughter LOVED the little toy nook and when we left she said she hopes toys get a new friend soon. Neighborhood isn’t in the most sought after area but we felt very safe and location was convenient with it being right off highway. There were some messages I sent host that went unanswered but none that were urgent. In fairness, her cell was provided in the house but I chose not to use it.
We plan to visit more often and will likely use this place as our go-to

I booked this property for my sister's, my mother and I to stay during a visit with our brother. It was a perfect location. No more than 10 minutes from everyplace we visited while in the area. The guest house is beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area and playing some cards in the afternoons. I will absolutely try to book this location again on our next family visit.

This is by far the best rental I've ever stayed stayed at. A VRBO should be that, a vacation. The house was renovated with comfort and luxury in mind. Although it's right next to the highway, it's not that big of an issue. And most importantly, most rentals provide old or cheap mattresses. This rental had quality mattress and linens for a good night's rest.

My husband were in town for a convention downtown. The property was only 5 mins away. But super easy also to get onto the interstate to get to any location in LR. Extremely clean! Which is very important to us. The mattresses were huge and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here a year ago. When returning to LR we were drawn again to this rental because it is so homey and clean and comfortable, with a very nice kitchen. Neighborhood appears sketchy but in this case, looks are deceiving. The neighborhood is quite safe and quiet. The home is in a great location, just off the freeway, and close to downtown.

This is a beautifully appointed guest house. Spotlessly clean, everything provided for,very up to date. Two roomy bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen area. Gorgeous flowers and landscaping. The one drawback is that it’s close to the local freeway. The traffic sound is constant on the outside, but inside you really can’t hear it - I slept well. For the price, I thought it was a bargain.

We are on a multi month tour of the country and have already stayed at a number of VRBOs. This place was absolutely the best of our trip so far! It was beautiful, had plenty of space, was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and it was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Little Rock. Parking was right outside the door. There were two outside sitting areas. It was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

I traveled to Little Rock for my daughter's graduation. The Guest House was just as it was described. It was quite and cozy. The house was clean and when I contacted the Host with a request I got a response quickly. The beds were comfortable. I would stay at the Guest House again when I visit Little Rock.
