Appartement avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain situé sur la magnifique côte de la Floride. 35-45 minutes de 3 grands aéroports; 15 minutes des plages naturelles de Canaveral National Seashore; 30 minutes des plages de cacao ou de New Smyrna; 50 minutes des parcs à thème d'Orlando. Espace privé de 1000 pieds carrés situé dans une belle maison à North Titusville, en Floride. La chambre a un lit queen, un ventilateur de plafond, une télévision Roku, un dressing, une commode, une table de nuit et un berceau si vous en avez besoin. Le salon et la cuisine entièrement équipée sont à aire ouverte avec un lit de repos / gigogne pouvant accueillir 2 personnes et une porte coulissante donnant sur l’espace extérieur. La salle de bain de la piscine est grande avec une immense douche carrelée et des rangements. Terrasse extérieure avec ventilateur de plafond donnant sur la piscine et le bain à remous pour 8 personnes; crème solaire et serviettes de piscine / plage sont fournis. Buanderie, entrée initiale et piscine / spa sont des espaces communs, mais l'appartement est caché du reste de la maison, absolument séparé de la maison principale. Les hôtes sont axés sur la famille et vivent sur place; ils sont ouverts à des conversations dans leur cuisine ou à laisser les locataires complètement seuls. Maman est une cuisinière gastronomique qui prépare les repas pour un coût raisonnable, surtout après une longue journée à la plage ou dans les parcs. Papa peut aider à organiser des excursions de pêche et de kayak - également à prix raisonnable. Il y a tellement de choses à faire que vous pouvez être occupé chaque jour à explorer la Space Coast et la Floride centrale et à regarder le coucher de soleil depuis le bain à remous.

Our stay at this lovely home was amazing. Communication was top notch and very friendly! The pool and hot tub after a day at Kennedy Space Center was so refreshing. If you are ever in the area don't hesitate to stay here! You won't regret it!!

We had a wonderful time at Ann and John’s rental. They were wonderful hosts! The rental was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The hosts were very friendly and communicated quickly! We got there close to midnight, and they had sent us easy instructions to check in. Great central location to things we did, and 5 star hosts! Loved the pool, hot tub, and patio which we were encouraged to use whenever we wanted! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely an amazing experience. The host were so hospitable and accommodating. Cute little apartment with a pool and hottub. Our family of 4 stayed comfortably and visited the space center before boarding our cruise. We highly recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Wonderful process from start to finish. Only had a short stay and arrived very late for our stay. Ann’s communication was second to none. Instructions were very simple and she even had snacks ready for us when we arrived. The place was great and very clean and taken care of. We will definitely stay again.

My husband, son, and I had a great time staying at this location! We spent the first day at a beach which was only 20-30 minutes away from where we were staying. Then, we spent the day at the Kennedy Space Center which was a quick/easy drive from where we were staying once again. It was so nice to have a place to come back to that had a very clean pool and hot tub to relax in. Definitely would recommend for a family looking for a cozy place to stay, but still be close to popular Florida places.

Ann and John are wonderful hosts. The apartment was as advertised, clean, quiet, and safe. We unfortunately didn't have time to spend in the hot tub or pool, but they were open and ready for us. Both beds were super comfy, and loved how there were spices, oils, teas, and coffees available for use. Also, there were lots of extras like different shampoos, bug sprays, nail polish remover...just a lot of things you don't think about when traveling. It was so nice to have them available and no need to purchase extra while there. Thank you for the nice stay!!

I stayed for the weekend to relax after running events in Orlando all week and it was the perfect way to recharge! It’s right on the road to lead out to the Canaveral National Seashore, and was close to cocoa beach as well! The hot tub has fantastic jets for relaxing after a long day and the family was super nice and incredible hosts!! Great space, fully equipped, super clean, helpful hosts, highly recommend 5 stars!! Definitely would stay again!

My friends and I made a trip down to Titusville for a holiday weekend. Though I am familiar with that part of Florida, I had not spent much time in Titusville. Ann and John’s place was lovely - and they could not have been kinder hosts. Our flight arrived very late on Friday night, and Ann had made sure that we had a fruit tray waiting for us in case we hadn’t eaten. She was right! The airport had run out of food because it was a holiday weekend and there were so many canceled flights, so we really appreciated the kind touch. They were the perfect blend of helpful, but not intrusive. And the space was perfect for us. The trundle bed was very comfortable as was the queen size bed in the bedroom. And the pool area was lovely as well. We had coffee in the mornings pool side. The area is conveniently located not far from the Orlando And, Melbourne Airports. And also very close to Cape Canaveral, and the Cape Canaveral seashore, which is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend their sweet spot. And we hope we can go back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ann & John's holiday rental, and I can confidently say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Ann & John's hospitality and warmth made us feel like we were visiting old friends rather than staying at a rental property. They were incredibly hospitable, welcoming, helpful, and caring, and it was evident that they genuinely enjoyed hosting guests.
The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything one could possibly need on a holiday. The well-maintained pool and hot tub were a true highlight of our stay. We spent many enjoyable hours relaxing in the pool area.
The beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after long days of exploration. The cooking facilities were excellent, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease.
The location rental was perfect, being a short drive away from both the seaside and the Kennedy Space Center.
What impressed us even more was Ann & John's thoughtfulness. Knowing that we were arriving late, they provided us with water, fruit salad, and milk for our arrival, ensuring we wouldn't go hungry or thirsty after our journey.
Communication with the hosts was excellent from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and made sure we had all the information we needed.
I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a truly special and enjoyable holiday experience.

My husband, 2 year old daughter, and I stayed at Ann and John's place for a week. Let me tell you, if you're even considering staying here, do yourself a favor AND DO IT! Ann and her husband are sweet as pie and were very welcoming. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. Don't let the fact that it's a part of the main house deter you, you can't even tell when you're in the apartment. It's very private and spacious. The pool and patio are to die for. We will definitely be back!
