Midnight s Manor est un luxueux, à quelques minutes de la maison vierge du Best Friends Animal Sanctuary et des parcs nationaux. Il dispose d'une cuisine gastronomique, d'un plan d'étage ouvert, d'un vaste salon avec cheminée, d'une salle à manger, d'un magnifique aménagement paysager et d'une vue imprenable depuis les patios avant et arrière. Les clients peuvent choisir entre une salle de bain incroyable avec douche à l'italienne ou la salle de bain avec une magnifique baignoire relaxante. Unique à cette propriété est un garage pour 2 voitures et 1 casita BD / BA adjacente avec cuisine, salon et buanderie.
Le bureau est aménagé pour un espace idéal pour travailler en voyage. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, un gril à gaz à 5 brûleurs, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nombreuses armoires.
La laveuse / sécheuse / évier dans la buanderie offre aux clients la possibilité de nettoyer après toutes leurs aventures.
Il y a une terrasse fermée avec des arbres grimpants pour les amis félins, ce qui en fait la maison de vacances idéale pour ceux qui voyagent avec leurs animaux de compagnie ou qui emmènent des chats en soirée au Best Friends Animal Sanctuary à proximité.

Very nicely updated home with all the creature comforts. Close to downtown Kanab for great dining spots and convenient to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This surpassed our expectations upon arrival! The home is spotless clean and comfortable. The location is close to town (not exactly "walkable" to town, but you could if you chose to.).
*Only "complaint" would be a desire for end tables in the living room, and maybe an added couch. But I highly recommend this cozy and comfortable home as a vacation stay!

The house was very clean and inviting. Plenty of room for our family and having a fenced in backyard and garage for our car was a bonus. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms had everything we needed and the location was perfect centralized to all the canyons. So much to see and do within a short driving distance. Thank you for having us and we have already recommended your property to family and friends!

The home is nestled in a small quiet community near town. Although not too far from the downtown,you will need to drive as there are no sidewalks. The house was super clean and Bill was very responsive. We spent a good bit of time hiking during our trip to Kanab and it was great to come back to the house and relax after. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Beautiful area. The views from the front porch in the afternoon/evening are so beautiful. Very nice house with plenty of room. The walk in shower is amazing. We’ll definitely be staying there again

We will be back. It was the perfect size house and the kitchen was super functional. We made most of our meals at home and we he fenced in backyard for our little dog was a plus. We will be back!

The home was exactly as described. It is beautiful. Very open and bright and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and laundry room. The neighborhood was very quiet. The manager was immediately responsive to all our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Visiting the National Parks
This home was amazing! Absolutely perfect location to visit Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon! Stunning views from the house as well. I loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings! If you are planning to see the parks, look no further! I have rented many VRBO homes and this one is a gem!

The property is lovely. Just a couple of notes: second bedroom needs a new overhead lightbulb, pots were not all clean and the front door latch sticks. These are very small items but we think you will be interested. Thanks.

While this house is one of many offerings from Zion Properties, the maintenance is exceptional and the staff is available and responsive at all times. There is an abundance of information on things to do in the area ; and one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen for a rental property. The location is ideal on the west side of town and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Just hope Kanab doesn't become as popular as Moab....

2 month work and play in Kanab
Great location for viewing all the national parks. Spacious and clean. loved using the fireplace and wood provided (enough for the whole stay!) Zion Stays were a pleasure to work with handling any little snags we had. Internet was super quick which was important as we were working remote. We hiked an average of 5 miles a day during our stay as there were so many great vistas to view! This part of Utah is truly a unique location.

Quiet, beautiful home in a great location
The property is very spacious, nicely furnished clean and very comfortable. The views from front and back (and the bathtub) are amazing! Cute and private fenced in backyard. Great to have a garage! Well-kept landscaping in great neighborhood. I walked right out the back door for a beautiful hike. Town is just minutes away.

Beautiful House in Kanab!
We had a wonderful stay here in Kanab! This is such a pretty house with wonderful mountain views from the front and back! We loved having a garage to park our motorcycle in! It was in a very nice neighborhood, right off of 89. This is the nicest home we have ever rented!

Perfect getaway to relax and restore.
This home was excellent and exactly as advertised, the property manager was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. This hone had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The views around this property were amazing, it snowed during our stay and it is a sight to see the white snow dusting the red earth it was beautiful. I recommend this place and I look forward to visiting this home and Kanab again.
