Detached house with pool - 1 minute walk to the beach
Maison joliment meublée avec beaucoup d'espace dans laquelle plusieurs familles peuvent bien se remplir. , Au total, 350 m2 de maison et 650 m2 de jardin avec piscine sont à votre disposition pour profiter pleinement de vos vacances sans aucune restriction. A l'étage supérieur il y a d'un côté 2 chambres avec lits doubles une avec salle de bain avec douche et une avec salle de bain en suite, cuisine ouverte avec salon-salle à manger, le tout avec sa propre porte d'entrée et non reliée au rez-de-chaussée à l'intérieur. D'autre part, il y a aussi un appartement indépendant avec une chambre avec une salle de bain et un salon-cuisine ainsi que sa propre porte d'entrée.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et des toilettes. Un grand salon-salle à manger avec une nouvelle cuisine ouverte complète la partie basse. Au premier étage, vous avez une terrasse ensoleillée de 100 m2 avec une grande voile d'ombrage donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a aussi une terrasse ensoleillée de 60 m2 autour de la piscine avec des voiles solaires automatiques. Station barbecue et grand jardin avec balançoire pour enfants, toboggan et but de football pour les grands et les petits enfants et piscine avec plongeoir.

Great place for a group of friends in a good location within an easy taxi from Ibiza town but out of the madness. The house itself was perfect for entertaining or a day by the pool and had everything we needed. Sigrid was an amazing host, so lovely and welcoming!!

The Villa location was really good and a short walk along the seafront to the centre of Santa Eualia. Alexander the host was extremely helpful and assisted with any issues we had during our stay. All bedrooms have air conditioning, however, the living area doesn’t have this and got extremely hot at times, especially with a young baby. Overall I was happy with my stay and feel you could stay here without a car and I would certainly stay here again.

The villa was much bigger and much nicer than the photos. We were a group of 7 over 50's on a hen weekend. 3 of us stayed in the lower part of the house and there is a separate annex upstairs with a large hottub on the upper floor. The pool is lovely, the gardens and plants and trees beautifully laid out. 30 seconds walk to a local bakery & shop for daily croissants, coffee and supplies. Reasonably priced also. 5 mins walk to the local beach and restaurants and 15 mins lovely walk along the promenade to Santa Eulalia with a lovely marina, bars and market stalls. Alexandra very accommodating. Couldn't have had a better experience and definitely returning one day.

The property is great and really comfortable. Very large and spacious and the images don't do it justice. Facilities are excellent as are the outdoor amenities an pool. It is very well located on a nice more secluded and lovely side of the island with easy access to the beach, restaurant shops and other amenities.
Sigrid was an excellent host. Very relaxed, accomodating and communicative. She was very responsive to our requests and questions and went beyond what would be expected. Can't reccomend highly enough.

Wonderful villa, and we were pleased to find everything was as advertised. It was very handy having a well stocked shop and restaurant so close by, the food at the restaurant was delicious! The beach is a short walk away along a beautiful promenade, with a good choice of places to stop for food and drinks. Taxi to Ibiza Old Town was around €20, to San Antonio area around €35/€40. This is a villa for a quieter stay (in the evenings) due to being a residential area. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and we would happily visit again!

We were a group of 9and the Villa was ideal for us. The villa is very spacious plenty communal areas , great facilities as described on the rental listing and very clean. Garden is very well maintained so lovely for sitting outside. The host Sigrid, was very helpful, both before and during our stay and always quick to respond and answer any questions. The location of the villa is great for the beach, restaurants and shops. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would certainly visit again

Wonderful Family Getaway in Ibiza Villa
We had an incredible time during our recent stay at the villa in Ibiza. As a large family, the spacious accommodations were perfect for us. The highlight for our children was undoubtedly the pool, where they spent countless hours of splashing!
The villa was not only clean but also impressively well-equipped, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Its convenient location close to supermarkets, beautiful beaches, and a variety of restaurants made our exploration of the area hassle-free and delightful.
One surprise was the nearby bakery which supplied us with delicious croissants daily – a small pleasure that added to the overall charm of our holiday. We must also mention our gratitude towards the host, Sigrid, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
We are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to visit this villa again in the future, as the memories we created there are sure to stay with us. Without a doubt, we’ll be recommending this villa to our friends and loved ones who are seeking a fantastic getaway in Ibiza.

Fantastic villa with three separate accommodations in the complex that was perfect for a group of 10 adult friends. The pool is bigger than the photos look, plenty of places to relax & chill, space for 2 cars if you have. Siesta is an ideal location for a more chilled holiday but with easy bus access to airport & Ibiza Town (or taxi to San Antoni for €40-45), plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. Recommend the bakery the lovely host family also own on the same street. Would definitely visit again! Thanks for a great stay for my 40th celebrations.

We stayed here as a group of ten and the property was perfectly laid out for our needs. The pool, gardens and patio area are absolutely beautiful and we spent lots of time here cooling off during the day and enjoying family barbecues by night. Sigrid was extremely helpful during our stay and was always available to assist us with anything we needed. There is a lovely beach only a few minutes walk away with loungers and parasols for hire plus a kiosk serving food and drinks. We really did have such a fantastic holiday here after a 2 year wait and made some very happy memories.

A fantastic villa in a great location
I stayed at the villa for 4 nights with friends and it exceeded our expectations. The outdoor areas.....which there are many...were quite spectacular. The pool was gorgeous and there were plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating.
It is only a 5 minute walk into St Eulalia and the beach. The owner also owns a wonderful Argentinan steak/BBQ restaurant only a few doors down.....the food and cocktails here were very good. There is a small shop a two minute walk away which has most things you need and it also is a bakery and cafe, so fresh bread and pastries and smoothies were a treat in the morning. Communication with the owner Alexandria was excellent and I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you.

Great location
Very spacious, suitable for different families , very clean and had everything we needed , hosts were very friendly and accommodating with 2 small children , outside space brilliant, grass area for children to play on and good size pool with Graduated steps perfect for small children , my 2 year grandson loved it keeps asking to go back to nannies villa I wish !!! Excellent location , cafe , shop , bakery next door and a lovely restaurant the village , a small but lovely beach 5 min walk and you can even walk into Santa Eulalia town by going over the bridge , would definitely return x

Fantastic stay in Siesta
We had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my Mum’s 70th birthday. 3 families stayed here for a week. It is a unique villa with 3 self-contained apartments with 3 kitchens and many bathrooms. This allows everyone to enjoy their holiday with plenty of space.
The pool is lovely, the children enjoyed it, especially the diving board. There are 2 lovely beaches just a 5 minute walk from the villa. The supermarket/deli 3 doors away is fantastic and so convenient.
Singrid was a fantastic host and very helpful. She was always available to answer any questions and arranged the testing for us. I would highly recommend this villa for multiple families holidaying together.

Everything was to our full satisfaction. The location is great, there are enough restaurants and shops in walking distance. Almost each room has a separate bathroom which made the stay very convenient. The villa was very clean and everything was exactly as described online. Great villa
Our second time at this villa and it was again a lovely week. I think the property details downplay how much space it has - there are actually 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, not 2 - so it's perfect for family or friends, with 6 bedrooms in total. Alexandra is very simpatica, nothing seems too much trouble.

We had such a great stay in the villa, more than enough room and it was even more amazing than it looked in the photos! Great communal areas and pool area and garden were beautiful! The area was spot on, supermarket 2 doors down and restaurant nearby and a short walk to the beach! Hosts were great and very accommodating, would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

The house was just as described.
Perfect for a big group, many bathrooms, actually divided in 3different apartments (with kitchens).
The property owners were lovely and accommodated our request for early check-in.
Our only complaint (if you can call it that) would be the gate leading to the garden and back door. It is a short gate that is not lockable. Luckily we didn't have any issues and the area seems pretty safe.

Lovely Stay
9 of us stayed here for 3 nights. The villa was brilliant, it was in a great location just a short walk away from the beach and lots of lovely bars and restaraunts. There is a sea view from the top balcony and a lovely pool area. The owner was extremely helpful. The only thing I could say is we could of done with a couple more sunbeds with there being 9 of us but overall a fabulous stay!
