Il s'agit d'un 4 ch / 2. Maison de ville de 5 salles de bains située à 1 pâté de maisons de nombreux restaurants et magasins, et à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de Wawa, d'une épicerie et de la plage - vous n'aurez pas besoin de votre voiture! Location de SAT-SAT UNIQUEMENT; loue avec succès depuis plus de 11 ans.
TOUS LES LITS REMPLACENT EN JUIN 2017.
Toutes les salles de bains ont été rénovées il y a 3 ans.
Lits pour 8 personnes + canapé-lit; peut accueillir 10 dans des lits, mais jusqu'à 12-14 (enfants dans des sacs de couchage, etc.). Grand patio à l'arrière, en plus de la terrasse de la salle familiale. L'allée peut accueillir 2 voitures; avec un autre derrière ... Et il y a aussi un parking dans la rue.
VEUILLEZ vous renseigner sur les locations du week-end de septembre. Notre maison sera moins chère qu'un hôtel !!

My family and I had a vacation before school closes and the property met all our needs. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants,Ice cream places, mini golf and shopping around the block. It was my first time at Avalon and a little ride away from Stone Harbor and the beach was beautiful. The owners were very responsive and the bedrooms all 4 were large jn size and comfortable. Overall a really great time. 👍 Thank you!

Great stay in Avalon
We love Avalon! First time staying in this property and found it to be super clean upon arrival. Right at the center of town so walking to stores/restaurants was so easy. Was a tad further back from beach then we liked so beach cart and scooters for kids are essential. Would certainly stay again.

My parents, brother and his wife, sister, and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with this rental. The owner was easy to communicate with. The property was beautifully kept. Everything was clean and very easy to access. We loved having dinner on the deck and used the grill just about every night. It’s a beautiful home!

In the heart of Avalon!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. It was so clean, comfortable and even nicer than described in the ad. When you mention not needing a car, you are absolutely correct. We walked to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, grocery, mini golf, and our family favorite breakfast spot Uncle Bill's pancake house! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us this summer, we'll be back the same week each year!
