The location and peace and calmness of the facility.
It is improving the ambience with every passing day.
I think the washroom fittings need up gradation. The fittings has started to catch rust.
The toiletries should be more modern and latest and small shower gel should be provided instead of shampoo is sachet and a hand soap.

it has a unique decor. cosy feel. very cooperative staff.
wifi. breakfast we had to make ourselves. as my room was close to main road it's bit noisy, may be other rooms will be different.

The whole place gives an Art gallery vibe full of nature's beauty.
Their pet dog needs grooming. A clean healthy pet will add to the beauty of the place and give a good vibe as well.

It’s located just next to Daewoo Express Terminal, very convenient for those who want to catch early morning bus. Good and comfortable room. Staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend and worth for the price.

Hotel branding is less, didn't knew they existed and found them via booking.com

Service was very bad, room was dirty even the bedsheets were not changed and no toiletaries in the washroom, no one at reception for asisstance

The property is very secure especially designed for foreigners. Staff is cooperative and ambiance is very calm and peaceful. Owner has been very cooperative.
I would definitely recommend international travelers, the privacy you need you will find it here!

This place is absolutely amazing because of the greenery and artwork. It seems like someone has really good aesthetic sense.
Upon check-in, there was no toiletries and towel in the washroom and the guy took forever to bring them. The breakfast in the morning is a big joke, just two small slices of bread with one omelette and a cup of tea.

Staff was nice. They offered ironing of my clothes free of cost. The property is recently renovated, and rooms are clean. AC cooling was good.
A few mosquitoes in the room and they didn't have spray for anti-mosquitoes when i enquired.

it was my second time stay here at 12th avenue. I really loved the environment. it’s so much relaxing, green and cozy in the whole area. Thank you so much 12th avenue for giving me such a pleasant stay specially Junaid thank you so much for treating us so well.
