Nothing location was very bad,

It was a horrible experience at this hotel, very bad location, the buffet was not included, and they gave us breakfast in our room only Omlet, a slice, small butter & jam with a cup of tea. :(

Staff, cleanliness, clean washrooms which contributes the most in any hotel

I was expecting a buffet breakfast like its other properties. But it was in the room serving. Which was good indeed.

staff, water supply stopped and they took a while to restore it. fridge wasn’t clean either and had some dead flowers in it

everything was ok, but we were couple but they placed the things for single person.

The hotel staff does not fulfil their commitment. First, they said that we will accommodate the driver. When we reached the hotel, they said to get a separate room for the driver.

It’s clean, simple and great value for the money. The location is good also.

Overall rooms are good, they are clean and comfortable. Location is also good as it is nearby to all attractions. Breakfast was also good and served quickly after the order.

Just one thing, i think rooms need sound proofing. All night there were noises coming from outside which disturbed sleep.

Mosquitos in the room during dengue outbreak was frightening. So we didn't stay there for more than half an hour and left to a home of friend. Aircon not working due to electricity unavailability. Dirty linen and sofa and bathroom Bathroom faucet leaking water.
