Staff were excellent however beds are long overdue for an upgrade / replacement.

Bess were terrible. They were hard and every time my partner moved I felt it.

I booked a room for couple and there was only one tooth brush, one towel and slippers etc. the management doesn’t set the room as per number of people. the furniture is old and room is not so clean. i have experienced various class of hotels and i think it is not more than 3 star. Especially the restaurants in the hotel are really waste of money. (tasteless and too much expensive)

I have stayed at Pearl multiple times and always enjoy the hotel. the staff is helpful and very friendly, the location is good and the rooms and amenities are great! the rooms are big with very big and comfortable beds. they also have a great workout facility and a wonderful spa.

Not much. the breakfast buffet is good, but the restaurants are just ok.

First of all i requested for a non-smoking rooms because our 4 years old son is allergic to smoking and wnen we checked in, one of the room was smoking. Both rooms were full of dirt and smell. It was disappointing and surprising that how can a Five star hotel assign dirty rooms to their guest. Clearly its a 3 start hotel, very poor housekeeping. There is no heating system in PC Lahore which is a Five Star hotel!!! Lamps were broken, sofa seats were dirty, mattress was smaller than the bed. I would like to attach videos and more photos but your system is only allowing one picture.
