The over all experience was good. The location is perfect as there is a mall.

Towels and Bedding smelling of cigarettes. The bed sheets and the gown were dirty. The Iron was an old Iron. I am sure they can upgrade to steam iron. I think the Original Nishat on M.M Alam Road is more of a high standard than this.

We should have been asked if we wanted a non-smoking room. We don't smoke and we have a 3 year old daughter, we did not want to be in a room smelling of cigarettes. We requested a change of room, and this was done promptly, so no complaints.

rooms are constantly dusty

The location was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hotel and mall which you could access via the hotel using your keycard. It was within easy reach of several landmarks and Bazaars. Staff were very helpful and efficient and always on hand to help. Saima and team on the front desk were helpful & friendly. We particularly enjoyed the design and layout of the hotel and last but not least the breakfast was very good.

At times Housekeeping fell short, in particular when requesting something like an iron to be bought to the room, it seemed to take quite a while. We also had to wait for a long time for someone to come and reset our safe. The keycard which should have allowed entry into the mall never worked so we had to rely on security to let us in and out of the mall.
