Proximity to the beach is wonderful. Heated pool and hot tub very nice. Condo is nicely decorated. In walking distance to 3 restaurants.

Balcony furniture needed cleaning. Floors needed cleaning as the bottoms of our feet were dirty from walking barefoot on the floors in the condo.

We had to cancel our trip because of the pandemic. Therefore, I am not able to give a review. But, I will on give a review based on the customer service. Customer Services were the absolute worst. Booking.com advise me to call the property owners. I did. The property owners, Real Joy Vacation finally answered my phone call a month later. I was able to reschedule my trip. However, I was overcharged $149.26. Mind you, this was taken care when I booked because I called Booking.com and spoke with a representative. I was told it was resolved. Only to find out after it wasn’t. So, I called the owners at Real Joy Vacations again concerning the overcharged. I was told that they were not able to apply it back to the credit card I reserved the trip on but I will receive my refund. Guess what? I have yet to receive my $149.26 refund check. I spoke with Jessica from Real Joy Vacations twice concerning this issue. Of course, she apologized but it doesn’t take almost 2 months to receive a refund, if she actually done what she stated she would do. Jessica, stated she would look into the matter and make sure the financial department put a rush on it. Also, I asked Jessica from Real Joy Vacations to inform Booking.com of my rescheduled trip for next year. As far as I can see, Booking.com does not show my new reservations pending. By the way, my trip has been paid in full since March 30th. What I will say, I am trying to give both sides (Real Joy Vacations & Booking.com) the benefit of a doubt due to the pandemic. But, I simply can’t the way they have handled my reservations.
